I mainly go here to get vitamins and their offer of. Buy two get the third for half price is very nice. I always end up buying lots of vitamins for my family members to make use of that.
I noticed they had a floor for baby stuff but I thought it was a bit overpriced for what you get, especially there are great options nearby.
The Boots products themselves are quite nice though. They have shower gels for less than a pound which are great. In strongly recommend the lime smell, perfect for mornings!

Hello! Usually i dont write reviews but in this case i feel i have to. Last Saturday we were in London and my family was shopping in boots for so long and I went to the till three times and the lady with short hair and glasses was so helpful and willing to help me. Also, later on after going up and down continuously I asked the woman that was supervising the self-checkout in the basement-floor which happened to be the manager to tell me where i can find heat-protection spray for the hair straightener I was going to buy. Not only did she guide me to where it was but because she saw me in the store shopping or waiting for my mom to finish shopping she offered to get one of her employees to curl my hair wow how does that? such a nice gesture. Tomy (sorry if i misspelled it) who has been working there for 8 months was the employee who curled my hair. We had such a lovely chat. Thank you to all the employees that were so helpful and kind that day despite how busy the store was. :)

I love Boots in general and particularly this large store situated near Bond Street. 1st floor is the place for medicine, vitamins and supplements. Ground floor has a large selection of perfume and makeup and basement floor is the place for schampo, hair gunk, food and drinks. Great selection of everything!

A nice but small range of just about everything Boots sell, not always in stock but a good place to sample something before ordering it to arrive to the store online if it isn't in stock. Pharmacy 1st floor, helpful and will direct you elsewhere- even if it's not another Boots if they are out of stock (not all pharmacies do this!). Staff are friendly, concessions are very squashed but some how it works out OK. Not stress free due to the crowds and lack of space but otherwise a decent store.

Customer service good, but if you are choosing opticians i would try another ones. Complete specs prices are not easy to understand, waiting time 3 weeks to get standart glasses, 3 weeks? £35 to get them straight away? a bit too pricey and prices are not clear enough. Customer service good. pricing not.

The staff didn't really tell me anything about how the appointment was going to go. After my initial examination with one member of the team, I was deposited back in the waiting room feeling pretty short changed, only to discover a few minutes later that I was to be seen again by an optician. If they'd told me up front that the appointment was in two halves it would have been fine, but there was a total lack of communication. I wasn't the only one - while I was there, an elderly gentleman was getting very flustered about not knowing what was going on, and it never dawned on the staff to just explain the process to him. When I eventually did see an optician, he was friendly and professional.

Very upset with the staff name LAILA boots sedley place. She said to me i cant exchange my stock in this store , i have to come back stratford boots store to change it in the end i have to have a words the store manager and show him which i just google from the boots website that “ i can change or return in any boots store “ . She doesnt understand about the policy and she work in the boots store . And she is so upset with client at first . She doesnt known about the customer right.

A large Boots on Oxford Street, next to Bond Street tube station and near Selfridges etc. Upstairs is a Boots Optician and a pharmacy plus health and medicines. Downstairs is perfume, skin care and cosmetics. Some higher end Inc Clinique and the usual high street brands. Bright and spacious, this Boots has escalators and a lift.

While I know customer service is not that great in Central London, generally speaking, whoever was in charge of the self-checkout machines yesterday on your lower ground floor around 6PM clearly lacks common sense and manners. His attitude was very demanding and rude. Not a great experience, so I won’t be shopping there anytime soon.

They have a rack of snacks for diabetes.
Shortbread, chocolate, etc,,,
I usually buy some flu medicine and paracetamol.
Prices are reasonable and you can try their self service counter which u can help yourself to pay the bill.
They are everywhere in london indeed.

Only popped in to grab some lunch and I may as well have booked a table at a restaurant given how long it took. Half a dozen self-service tills of which only two were working and no staff on hand to assist. Queue reached double figures and this was before the lunch period had actually started. Worse still, there was only one person serving on the tills and she was rushed off her feet as well. Not a very good impression of what is presumably Boots' flagship store.
