I was thrilled my eye examination the physician was very informative and easy to talk to. However, the store hours are reported incorrectly they close during the week at 19:00 not 22:00.

Huge Boots, one of the largest of the city, spanning four floors in total. Great selection, obviously, and good signs that help identify fairly quickly the needed area, although it could take a while being such a big place. Free Wi-Fi as well.

Lady was extreamly rude to me and my friend as we got mistaken between a tester and then tried to pressure us into buying even though she stated herself that they are convinced to 'persuade' the costumer to buy it , however we are young girls and this woman was a grown woman and was acting forceful and rude. Very bad costumer service

Ordered a pair of glasses weeks ago. They were supposed to come in 7 days max but after 2 weeks still haven't received any news. And no one is answering that phone !!!!!!!!!!!! Tried 10 times a day. It keeps ringing and...nothing! Why do they even have a direct line????? Boots, you are a nightmare!

I have been on the phone trying to get through to this store. It is very frustrating. The number of options for touchtone phone users is easy enough to navigate, you would think. However, every number you push directs you to another auto response, which in turn puts you back to the start of the very first automated answer machine. I have been through every number, only one number (3 - pharmacy team, not the team I was wishing to speak with) puts you through to a dial tone, which then rings for quite some time without answer.
I am looking to find out if this store has any of the crutches that they advertise on their website in stock so I don't have to hop home on one leg. Getting to work this morning was very frustrating, people were staring at me and sniggering under their breath. I only feel comfortable with people treating me like this when I am naked. Boots, please don't make me hop home on the tube without any clothes on.

Shameful customer services. Attempted many times to call them to re-oder contact lenses and they don't pick up.
Previous time I ordered contact lenses they forgot to place the order with their suppliers and only because I called them two weeks later chasing them was the order actually placed with the suppliers.
The supplier than part-shipped the lenses meaning I had to make two trips to the store to pick up the lenses.
Disgraceful - buy your lenses elsewhere.
