Always has new lines of cosmetics and make up ect. The pharmacy counter is great for picking up prescriptions as well as booking in walk in consultations. The staff are helpful and attentive at the desk.

I went this store last night (Monday 02/11 bout 9pm) I was browsing around I know there’s a dark skin colour security guard was always staring and looking at me ( I believe it’s easy to check who the guy on duty) he always following wherever I go cuz I can see him. Even after when I had paid to the till with the lady (she is nice) he still following me on my back when I walk down the escalator and he go to talked to another security guard who based at downstairs asking me the proof. I showed him and I feel very being affronted and completely ruin my day. I came here very often I wish I could give zero star cuz this is one of my bad day in my life ever.

A very good destination if you are buzy and need the everyday cosmetic essential.
There is a pharmacy as well on the top floor.
On the ground floor is beauty and they stock some of the most well known brands like clinique ysl loreal and many others.
The top floor is dedicated mote to the essentials and this year that includes a Christmas gift shop.
There is also an opticians and an electrical.section for toothbrushes and shaving.
There are a few self service tills.
On the ground floor there is a fantastic service but on the first floor the staff is limited so is difficult to.spot them.

In all fairness the store I visited is in Central London (picadilly) were in the middle of the pandemic.,while the city has movement restrictions. The store was empty with not many staff. Its a beautiful store the best Boots branch and well worth a visit.

I had my Covid test done here. They were all really nice and the test was done very fast, it took them like 3 minutes. I got the results in 24 hours, which was really good. I highly recommend it to everyone who needs the test done quickly and effectively.

I had a covid test there because I wanted to travel back to my country for the Christmas holidays. The staff there was really friendly and helpful. Everything was done smoothly. Overall, a very good experience!

Great attempts at social distancing. Sad that so many adults under 40 chose to move their masks lower. However majority of adults and staff adhered to rules. Brilliant selection of toys and staff were dressed for Halloween and very "in character ". Sung happy birthday for one child which made her day.

I went today to the pharmacy on the first floor regarding a test and I had a lovely member of staff called Gabbi: she has a warm rapport with everyone comes in store, she provided me and my son with outstanding customer service solving our problem quickly and in very professional manner she was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and humble

Big store, great pharmacy area lots of staff but the gift area seem not much choices. Lots of toiletries pack but that's it. Nothing unpredictable really hard to find a gift that wasn't generic. Cath kidson sanitiser is the only thing I thought that's new.

Used to love popping into this boots. Has everything i need and more. Great staff who are very helpful.
Unfortunately they seem to have drafted in a very over zealous security guard from Total Security who is determined to not let customers shop.
On 5 occasions this security gaurd has followed my every movement to the point i now ditch my basket and now buy all i need from online or head up to Oxford Street.
One occasion last month he walked in between myself and a sales assistant who i was asking about a product ( dyson airwrap) and just stopped and glared at me. Lets not forget the 2 meter rule here folks.
I left a complaint for a manager to call me back but unfortunately he got my answer phone with no contact to return the call and address this matter.
Now i am a retailer on Regent Street, if i had a member of staff losing me money or distracting customers i would seriously consider addressing the main issue.. that being this security guard mentioned serveral times in your reviews. Take notice Boots address the issue. Let customers spend money in your store rather than push them onto online .

She walked be downstairs and found me exactly what I was looking for and helped me pick out the right shade to buy. She was so polite and friendly - every store should have a Varsha!

I booked an eye test, which was extremely comprehensive. All my queries were answered. I received the best possible advice.
When it came to choosing lenses and frames, there was an excellent choice available. Nothing was too much trouble
The price, including special coatings and damage insurance was very fair.
Accurate measurements were taken and double checked.
They made absolutely sure I was happy with every aspect of the purchase.
2 weeks later, exactly on schedule, I collected a shiny new pair of Hugo Boss Varifocals. I was thrilled. They are perfect. ❤????

After having been through a few other shops of Boots, this was the first shop where I was helped in a nice and proper way. I was looking for something specific that not all the Boots shops are having in stock. The friendly guy at Boots Regent street was so kind to look into the system to see where it was available and in stock. Very helpful, this way I could go to the nearest shop where it was available.
