Horrible experience!
I bought there a pair of glasses. After 6 months it happened that they received a small hit (~60cm fall on the carpet) and surprisingly broke straight away, i.e. one of the rim fractured abruptly (see picture). When I asked for a replacement (and I honestly described what happened) they arrogantly told me that it's normal to expect glasses to break, even in minor accidents like this. They denied me a free replacement.
I tried to investigate further via email, but they haven't replied after several weeks.
I guess they can legally reject my request of a free replacement, but I think I need to warn other users that their glasses seem to be very delicate and you can end up having a complete loss of the frame in case of very minor incident.
I suspect the frame was under high mechanical stress to keep the lenses in place and a small hit was enough to break it. I wish I had this information when I purchased them.
To clarify, I don't expect glasses to be indestructible, so I can accept having them breaking after let's say a 150cm fall on hard surface (even though all glasses I have had in 25 years have always survived such falls), but not after a 60cm fall on a carpet.
Bonus complaints: lenses had annoying chromatic aberration. They didn't mention that while I was placing the order.

As boots go they are all the same, but my wife's battery had gone flat so boots hearing aid department we found the assistant soon helped and we were on our way, friendly and helpful staff

Great shop with really friendly staff.
Although I visited on a fairly busy day, it wasn't long before a member of staff came over and was able to assist me with finding what I needed.
I'd never been to the store before so didn't know the layout but I knew what I wanted so after talking to a member of staff, they were able to point me in the correct direction.
Overall a very good experience!

Very bad experience with the Benefit brow bar. First lady doing my brows stopped in the middle of it and passed to another colleague¿? And despite I told both of them around 10 times that I wanted the brows very thin, they were keeping them very wide. I paid 17pounds for nothing literally. Won´t go there ever again. Please teach the ladies to accept what the customer asks for, even if they do not like that style.

Absolutely useless! Can't believe they closed down the one on carnaby street to keep this one. Lots of shelves but all carrying lots of the same product so no real variety or choice and the same problem with the sandwich selection. True waste of time and will be avoiding it from now on. Real shame as so much can be done with the space

Many discounts on famous products, though I prefer shopping from my local one or the one in Kingston, because some boots have got 3 at the price of 2 which suits me better, since you can get 3 products of 1 brand and the cheaper product is for free. (Ladies if you know your make-up brand or lipsticks etc it's cheaper if you think about it)
