Amazing service today. I needed an urgent vaccination for a trip to central
Africa. The pharmacist did double backflip somersaults to make sure

This pharmacy saved my wife’s life !!. We went to a burger and lobster restaurant me and my wife. What she didn’t know that she was super allergic to shellfish of any kind. 30 minutes later walking down Leicester square my wife asked me to stop and when I looked at her, her face was blue and eyes red. She said I can’t breath.. she couldn’t walk and there is no near hospital, thank god Boots were near me, I managed to carry her upstairs, security helped me. The pharmacist immediately noticed , I told her what happened, she gave me a medicine that I gave to my wife and called an ambulance. For 5 minutes nothing happened and it was the longest five minutes of my life. Then suddenly she vomited, thank god I managed to make sure she didn’t vomit on the pharmacy floor. And by that time, the ambulance arrived and managed to carry her. The pharmacy didn’t even charge me for meds and water. Thank you for everyone who helped me and my wife. It was a matter of minutes. This happened 23 nov.

Rude stuff members at the pharmacy section. The 2 women told us to go and pay somewhere else because according to their "rules" they did not accept payments for the products that we chose, so we paid at another till and i asked a stuff member about whether we were not allowed to pay at the pharmacy and the person replied that it was allowed at all times. Also, My parents don't speak English well but it doesn't mean its ok now to talk to them rudely and brush them off. If there are some kind of rules as to when you can pay at the till and when not you then need to stick to them and make everyone follow these rules, not just selectively choose who you want to pay at the till and who you want to go pay somewhere else.
