As a tourist walking around London, I found myself passing through the area often & I was glad there is a Boots here. This was the place I came to buy bottles of water for 2 for 1 GBP. Other locations had water priced a little higher. Any other tourist reading this: Get the Volvic water as it tastes much more refreshing than the Evian brand which tastes like it came from the sink. I would've loved if they had sports drinks but unfortunately it's just water, soda, & juice. The snack section could also be bigger. If you forgot to pack any essentials for your trip, then Boots is a great place to go. The self-checkout makes it that much easier.

Abysmal service with increasing prices on the same food deal. Self checkouts only upstairs in the morning and often you have to find someone just to get a bag because they dont trust people to scan a bag.

None of the checkouts working after power outage. Manager refused to close store, leaving sales assistants helpless dealing with frustrated customers. Waste of time shopping here.
