The staff were very rude and unhelpful. The shop was empty their three members of staff hanging at the door chatting to the security guard. I ask how can you tell the smell of a men's cologne without taking the cap off. This is o one off in other branches they are much nicer.

It is a newsagent with cosmetics posing as a pharmacy.
People working there are mere cashiers with no skills or will to do anything past handing you over whatever is written on a piece of paper from the doctor. Better still if they do not have it as they look for any excuse to tell you how sorry they are they cannot do a thing for you.

Decent price for botox but hardly worth the wait, seeing as both times I've been here my appointment has been over half an hour behind schedule with no notification or apology. Second time I left without receiving service after 45 minutes, which is unacceptable. Will pay more elsewhere in the future for better customer service.
