Hard to talk about an experience at Boots. What I will say is that this Boots is enormous. It won't be one of those stores that have to refer to the website, you'll definitely find what you need here.

It's a big one this is and has all manner of cosmetics and smellies. Carers for all skin types and the staff are polite, welcoming and available to help. Relaxed atmosphere and space makes this a relaxed and unhurried shopping experience.

"Massive" store that is usually "empty" so in my opinion it`s a perfect place for a light-hearted shopping. Great selection and availability of products, helpful staff, fast check-out. However, it seems to me that they they have items on clearence less frequesntly than smaller, local shops.

They need to enforce parking rules. Boots car park was full with 60 cars and I had difficulty parking. I entered Boots and there were about 20 people in there.
Pharmacy staff were excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, warm.

Very large boots never busy..plenty of parking and friendly staff. Prescriptions can be a bit of a long wait though and can take ages to get served at Prescription counter
Always plenty of Xmas sale stuff left in January and always plenty of clearance items and good selection of mini club clothing. Limited food selection

I love how big and well stocked this store is! Everything is in big sections and the store is never busy. The only downside is there are not many checkouts,but again because the store is not very busy, that's fine. The staff is very helpful!

Tucked away off the main road, there's car parking outside this large branch of Boots. It's a bright and spacious building which sells baby clothes. It takes a minute to cross into an Asda supermarket, so two shopping trips can merge into one.

The worst service I have ever had in a boots. The staff are rude and look bored to death. I was waiting in a line by the pharmacy to pay as there was no one at the regular till and a woman yelled at me and just pointed over to the other till, presumably for me to go there.

Large as a warehouse so has a lot of stock, but hardly any staff ever in sight so no help to find anything specific. It's the only place between the station and work where I can buy some items which you have to go to the pharmacy couter for, and service there is always very slow.
