Pretty poor customer service. Staff look miserable, no smiles. Ten people queueing outside at 9am (opening times) and no one to open the door. Eventually someone arrived, and he looked annoyed. Avoid this place if you can.

They failed to actually log my booked appointment for travel vaccines onto their system, and didn't even contact me, so I came all that way for nothing. Not only that, but they had even run out of the required vaccine anyway and also failed to contact me about that. A complete waste of time and money getting there!
