This store is always bad with customer service, putting stock put is more important than severing customers, and today was no exception, there was a problem with the till, which took four members to sort out, but not one of them thought to open other till and deal with the customer's that were waiting.

The AC is tooo strong and the place is charmless. Apart from that, this Boots is really big and you can find everything you're looking for.
Plus, the advisers at the pharmacy are really kind and caring.

Rude, inconsiderate and incompetent (mainly referring to the pharmacy) - you lost one regular customer because you (A) did not help (really on the contrary) and (B) you were mean and you exposed personal information to surrounding bystanders - shame on you!!!

Understaffed, I was printing out pictures and half way through it ran out of printing paper and it took staff 20 min to get to me because there were only 2 people working on the tills and that was all (I'm not counting the pharmacists because they are different)
