Thank you for the exceptional service delivered here by a young man who managed to help me source a product that was out of stock for months! It was very busy due to post christmas sales, but he was calm, courteous and very patient! I have just received a notification saying my product is ready for collection!

Always short staffed and the staff don't know anything about the products they sell. You are left walking around for ages trying to find someone to ask a question and when yo catch someone, they just make up the answers or say hold on let me ask, but they don't have anyone to ask because it is always short staffed.

Had to pop in as I urgently needed some eye drops as the pollen count and pollution was way up that day.
Staff really helpful as I did not know the store and found some other stuff I needed whilst I was there.
Busy shop, but helpful staff and recommended.

Reasonable with helpful staff but would have been nice to not have the security guard standing guard around me coz I had heavy bags that wouldnt have even coped had I been a shop lifter!! I just went in for gift ideas in the perfume department & the testers are security alarmed & the rest behind glass!? I just ended up walking out.

Went to collect a prescription. her greeting was "yes" then I told her that I was collecting a prescription and she did not answer but carry on with her work. I stood there for another five minutes and asked if she was going to help me she turn around and said I am busy. customer service at its worst.
