This boots is huge and quite frankly amazing. It’s open until late, has everything from prescriptions, to electronics, to perfumes to snacks. Staff is really friendly also. Checkout is also very speedy. Would definitely recommend it. Great selection of literally everything. p.s If you thought this review or the images were helpful then please do like it to show your support :)

The service is disgusting, from being followed around the store to being denied service for prejudicial reasons. Seemingly, Rachelle and her colleague fabricate purchasing policy whenever and however they choose. They are biased, prejudice and liars. They work like a gang and refuse to accept reason from anyone who isn’t in their gang aka a lowly member of Boots staff. I tried to purchase 4 bottles of a harmless cosmetic called ‘Glycerine’ (with ZERO additives) and was denied based on Rachelle’s own preference. Her reason for denying the sale was “it’s a medicine and shouldn’t have to use it for an extended period of time”. This is not a store policy, nor is it mandated by law. If I had gone to the non-pharmacy till, she wouldn’t have been able to enforce her fabricated nonsense because glycerine is not a pharmacy item. Denying the sale of 4 bottles of glycerine is like denying the purchase of Nivea lotion because a person “shouldn’t have to use it for an extended period of time”. Some of us don’t wish to age as poorly as Rachelle and her colleagues so we moisturise indefinitely. People this incompetent and prejudiced should NOT be working with the public.

On 24/08/2020, I entered to buy some essentials when I witnessed the security guard follow and taunt a young man and his daughter. The poor gentleman was simply asking the security guard to stop following him as he was with his child and felt uncomfortable. I watched this and was eager to intervene but was in a rush to catch my train. This is unacceptable behavior. Whilst I fully appreciate the security are doing their job, the tone and language the security guard was using is unacceptable. I clearly heard the customer say time and again that he is with his daughter and therefore does not want a confrontation and that the guard is making him feel uncomfortable following him around and asking questions. As a father myself, I would've felt exactly the same. The gentleman later stood a few yards away from myself, paying for his items and was apologising to a member of the staff for escalating the matter and asking the store manager to get involved. It should have been the customer service reps apologising to him for his experience not the other way around. Particularly as by this point, the customer had paid for his items thus proving that he wasn't there with his child to shoplift.

The security guy was following us the whole time that we were in the shop, like we were going to steal something. And he even dared ask my friend if she wanted to buy something. I think we have the right to browse the shop without being treated like thieves.

Boots was my savior during my trip to London! They had the best adaptor I found anywhere. I wish the store had been more fully stocked - almost everything was out or nearly out! #letsguide

Would NEVER recommend a pharmacy in this exact Boots - I am chronically sick and on repeated medication for 16 years, haven’t missed a day ever, but today is the day! Arrived to Boots 10 mins before they closure ( due to my working hours) , with approved prescription, but the member of staff( already dressed up in his jacket and ready to leave, so couldnt see his name badge) told there is no chance for me to get even emergency medication as system is down ( maybe also he already switched it off, and didn’t wanted to turn on). I ve explained the situation- that for me having a day without this medication can end up in a hospital. He told me to call ambulance than ( !!!) Also he just postponed the situation to his collegue and left as it was already too late for him + all he would tell me is that it is my fault - i came too late - what actually made me wonder if the system was actually down! Hope Boots will take this situation futher and proceed it to the moment when all ur staff would be aware of how serious their work is and that what they are responsible for is human health, especially for the people who are suffering whom chronic sicknesses, and need medication to actually be able to survive another day. + also create a system to ensure everyone gets their emergency medication ( all I asked for were 2 pills , so I could come tomorrow and take out the rest!!)

The fenty beauty lady was absolutely amazing and deserves real credit. She matched me perfectly with the foundation and was conscious I had to get a train within 10 mins. she did a great job blending, and even took me to a separate till to pay for the product so I didn’t miss my train. True customer service!

Stay away from Pharmacy at this branch. Always a problem with repeat prescriptions and when your GP sends over a prescription, they take ages to fulfill prescription. Have complained many times to be fobbed off with false promises that they won't make the mistake again. Some of the Pharmacy staff could also do with attending a customer service course.

I love Boots' food for a quick bite but first thing on a Monday morning they always need more staff! The fridges are abandoned half stocked so that all the staff on duty can try their best to keep the long queue at bay. Come on management, help these guys out and give your takings a boost by providing more staff to supply a good selection of fresh stock for your customers without putting them off with long queues.

Fab little boots, super convenient for those on the high speed or euro star. I always find what I need. They have a smaller range than most high street Boots, but still do lunches in the back. Speedy service and friendly staff.

Better then the Boots on the high street. Stocks (almost) everything you could want from a Boots. Doesn't seem to have Bobby pins though. Has hair grips, but not Bobby pins.

I was on a mission for some Alka-Seltzer for a friend. The branch only stocked the XS version, which my friend didn't want due to the excess sodium (which makes you vomit apparently, and he'd done plenty of that already) The staff were great, a gentleman who worked there was very helpful. He advised me there was another larger branch of Boots on the other side of St Pancreas International. I loved the extra 10 minute walk through the station as its a stunning piece of architecture I might have missed otherwise. So if you can't find what you're looking for here walk through the station (all the way down, then turn right, then left and the other boots is next to Starbuck's)

rating is specifically for pharmacy service - one pharmacist Bola is really rude so I try and avoid getting my prescriptions filled when she is there. She rolls her eyes and purses her lips like she is annoyed with everyone and has no people skills making for an uncomfortable experience . Rest of the place is lovely though - just stay away from that one pharmacist!

I went here as am registered with my GP Practice up the road locally & needed vaccinations for my long trip to East Africa & Australasia, my Drs' Travel Nurse gave me all they were able to administer & had in stock but I still needed Yellow Fever & Hepatitis A & Malaria Tablets which they couldn't provide so they advised me to go to King's Cross Travel Clinic or the Boots there or in fact any branch of Boots where they do vaccines. I telephoned them first & they said had no vacancies that day but when I said it was rather an urgent emergency as travelling imminently, the last pharmacist there said she could fit me in that evening ! ~ They open until late ~ about 8 / 9pm ?! When I went to get seen by her, her service was very thorough & informative by looking into lots of factors on the Internet & medical directives regarding my specific travel plans & countries to visit & dates when. The injections were painless. Of course this was non NHS prescription & private & I had expected to pay ~ turned out £150 for the lot for my requirements, choices & options, she gave me all information & let me decide what to go for.

Called late in the evening to clarify opening times and enquire re being able to get some co-codamol for tooth pain. The female pharmacist was really rude and hung up before I'd even finished speaking. I'm a medical professional myself and was shocked at her attitude.

We tried so many times to contact the pharmacy spent about 30-45 minutes but no answer eventually answered but literally hung up whilst I was speaking.I work in a Pharmacy trying to sort out an electronic prescription for a patient got really frustrated and left. Very bad service wouldn't recommend to anybody to use the Pharmacy.

Great when you need a little cosmetics or personal care help. Convenient to St Pancras hotel or travelers coming thru the station. Go to this one, the one at the end of the station (farthest from the tube), for bigger selection.

Very rude female cashier. I went to pay for my items and the cashier lady didn't even say hi and just kept talking to the other staff next to her while scanning my items .The first thing she said to me is" This is £8.xx" I ask her did you scan and charge me for the plastic bag, she said yes, so I said you should have ask me first before charging your customer for something. So she goes a normal customers would need a bag for the items I'm buying and is only 5p, boots is not even getting that 5p. How rude of her and no customer service skills at all. This happened today at around 6pm.

This store is very small and the staff at the pharmacy aren't particularly helpful. If you have a spare few minutes I'd highly recommend going across the road to St Pancras and visiting the Boots there - much bigger, and better pharmacy staff.

They have a surprisingly large selection, the Pop Chips I bought here got me through a gruelling 2.75 hour train journey. The machine also gave me way too many free coupons which is nice.

The female cashier was incredibly rude and condescending to me. Never been treated like that by someone in customer service before. I wouldn't be going back anyway, because I return to the U.S in two days, but I just felt the need to write a review because she was so awful.
