Good Boots store. Xmas discounts as usual.

the pharmacy team are a headache...the rest of the store is fantastic...but the pharmacy are incompetent they give a terrible name to the whole store...its the same problem every single month. its like they either dont communicate between themselves or they dont update the system so when someone else starts a shift there is no follow up. its infuriating....training has failed them or they have failed their training, either way this is the only pharmacy i have come across that has given myself, the GP and an external organisation/ company a constant headache...very disappointing, i dont understand how the same mistakes can be made repeatedly on a monthly basis.

A Nations favourite, and a popular large cosmetics store and more. Spacious enough but very busy at busy times, of course. Popular. Products related to: Skincare, Haircare, Dental care, Healthcare, Eyecare, blocked nose, coughs, pain relief, feet care, grooming, first aid. Baby and infant care. Perfumes and Makeup cosmetics. Pharmacy Chemist on main shop level. Food snacks. Opticians upstairs. Numerous tills, or use Self service tills. NOT really suitable for wheelchair users especially during busy times, but I have seen disabled people there and wheelchair users. For example, i noticed a disabled lady had her make-up done which was probably free. Another disabled wheelchair person was probably returning from the pharmacy at the back of the store and now easily exiting the Boots store. Pharmacy advice available, but often has long slow queue. Boots shopping baskets are at the entrance. Look there. Reasonably good customer service CS. Don't know about Pharmacy CS nor proficiency, efficiency. Often find popular items out of stock. Good alternatives. Will find offers here and there on various products. Boots Brent Cross on top level near Fenwick and M&S. Boots are a Unique store, not many stores like them in the UK with this range of products. Perhaps, large supermarkets or Supadrug or large Chemist stores may compare. Security noticeably present. May hear and see incidents, but rarely.

good size boots and always helpful

It’s a nice place, cosmetic & perfumes, sandwiches etc but the queue on Sunday afternoon was crazy needs some extra staff.

Large variety of perfumes and nice customer approach.

Good range of electronic oral care equipment

Just yesterday I had a good experience in this Boots and one male staff was very friendly and very helpful for all customer. He helped me to find out hair loss treatment that was not in shelves.

Decent shop. Not as well equipped as the larger stores.

I spent 10 minutes in a row, but the staff did not even notice me ... I left without buying anything

Make sure you are inscribed in their loyalty points scheme as actually quite good

Fairly big boots with boots opticians. Gets extremely busy on the weekends. Self checkouts help the queues along.
