Worst experience ever the staff there are very rude and unsympathetic, my click and collect order was to this store, when I collected it, the foundation bottle was broken and the foundation leaked on to my clothes too, they were very rude about offering me a refund and the guy at the till refunded me the wrong amount too which makes it worse, I never went back for my money because the people there are so rude and kept rolling their eyes.

Very poorly laid out, difficult to find specific products or even category of products - even harder to find a member of staff who is willing to help. If you do find something, be prepared to wait a VERY long time in a queue to pay, both for manned and unmanned tills.
This store is well past its sell-by date.

great service by the optometrist and the sales assistant, however, very annoyed and feel hard done by because of their silly returns policy.
could not cancel an order that i made within 24 hours because of a Bespoke Item order. The frame is standard and i understand that the lenses are bespoke. but no, they could not cancel the order and refund in any circumstance. basically stuck. oh well. lesson learned.

I am only basing my review on the pharmacy section because thats all I visited. It was a horrible experience the staff tells you too come back after 15min to get the medicine and I went back after an hour I still had too wait for such a long amount of time for the medicine. Service is allways bad at any boots pharmacy and I think at the corporate level they need to do something about this system.
