Poor standards of professionalism.
I rang over the phone and asked for my prescriptions.
I was told it cannot be done over the phone.
I went in person to ask for it.
The gentleman who greeted was very courteous and polite.
He told me the manager had to sign it off and it will be done by day. It will be emailed to me.
It was NOT done.
I rang the next morning to ensure that it will be done by end of day.
I was assured again that it will be done by end of day.
it was NOT done.
I require my prescriptions for other medical needs.
Why do you employ people who cannot do their job correctly?
Why do you employ people who makes false promises?
I am a regular customer but frankly i will now go elsewhere.

The store is great I regularly shop there for various categoric products. However I'd prefer for your security staff to have more respect to a serious situation. I forget an important item at the make.up counter. I would of preferred a staff to pay attention of ensure to remind. I believe like all retails.the staff members are pressure to sell.

Good and helpful staff but not enough for so many customers. Big and full of products. I usually come to brentcross boots for my shopping as everything is available in it to look at it and them shopping. Make up department is also great.almost all beauty brands exist. Clean and lovely store. I love my advantage card and earn points.

My review pertains to the pharmacy only. Many times I've picked up my repeat prescriptions from here when I lived in NW London. I found Boots pharmacy staff to be really not very helpful or quick to help. Many times they've got my order wrong, not posted by repeat to my GP on time, and or argued with me over my prescription delays. Yes, I did complain. You usually queue (as standard in the UK) but this store is very busy, being in Brent Cross shopping mall. Even so, busy or not - I expect a certain amount of decorum, politeness and at the very least a willingness to help and make you feel welcome. A typical scenario, when you reach front of the line, an assistant will not even acknowledge you. Sometimes you have 2-3 assistants working on the front desk, whilst the actual Pharmacist hides behind a wall of medicine. Staff is usually looking down, avoiding eye contact - no word of "Just a minute please, I will be with you shortly". Boots. just a hint of good customer service advice; if you make a customer wait for 3-5 mins with no acknowledgment - it becomes a frustrating experience, at best.
