Initially was going to give max stars based on my first visit but my second visit to collect my glasses wasn't enjoyable, was expecting to be seen by the person who dealt with my prescription but was dealt with a man who didn't even check to see if my glasses fitted correctly just cleaned them and handed them over not what I was expecting considering amount of money I spent.

If this review was about the Optometrist that I saw, then it's a full 5 stars. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people that you have to go through before the Optometrist and the service of those seriously let her down.
The lady who I saw just before I got to see the Optometrist was rude, unhelpful and generally wanted to rush people through so she could go on and do something else. I actually stood at the entrance reception desk for a good 30 seconds before two members of staff who were chit chatting at the back clocked me and came over.
The optometrist I saw was a young blonde woman who was way above head and shoulders over everyone else in this place, SpecSavers are lucky to have her. Unfortunately, customers have to be subjected to a lot of unprofessional support staff before treatment could be given.
