The ease of booking an appointment was a little difficult but they are a very busy store. Once I had my appointment the service was excellent. The optician made me feel very relaxed and guided me through the whole process very professionally whilst still being friendly.

Pay no attention to the opening hours (08:00-19:00) they actually close at 18:50 and the staff have the audacity to behave like closing a store early is normal behavior. I have used this store many times in the past purely for location convenience and have always found it busy. I will not be returning, typically when are place is this busy it leads to complacency and bad customer service. In their case its certainly set in.

Good and friendly service.
I came here looking for sunglasses and was given a free eye test and excellent advice on the range of lenses suitable for my needs. Staff were friendly and weren't excessively pushy in an attempt to upsell.

Having lost my glasses on the train, thank goodness I went to Specsavers in Bishopsgate. The staff were brilliant and the service exemplary. Just 3 hours, from running into the store to picking up my new glasses - now that's what I call service! Thank you Specsavers Bishopsgate. I'm glad I went to Specsavers!

Terrible service. Appalling. Still waiting for a refund from this store and my previous branch from 5 months ago but neither will take responsibility. The Boots Opticians 2 minutes walk away on the corner of Bishopsgate and London Wall however is brilliant. Very friendly yet professional, helpful and great customer service. They could teach Specsavers a thing or two!

Worst customer service I have received in my whole life. I was a lensmail customer for over 3 years but the incompetence of this shop made me cancel my subscription and sincerely I don't want to have any more dealings with this brand again. On top of everything (including shop's manager inefficiency and condescending comments), after cancelling my subscription they had the courage of not cancelling my direct debit and kept charging me for a service I was not receiving! AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Staff are friendly and professional, and the overall experience has always been very positive. Its annoying that glasses bought 6 month ago have to be replaced because the coating has worn off. No option to redo coating.

Ordered lenses, was given an appointment, which was delayed without reason. Nobody picks up the phone trying to call and re-arrange appointment. At the end lenses weren’t fitted because technician said the frame wasn’t bought in their store. Wasted 2 weeks of waiting and visiting. Got them fitted elsewhere.

Worst service from Specsavers I've received so far. Really bad communication between customer service and the store, delaying my contact lenses pack for almost 2 months now. It has been 5 working days since they told Customer Service that they will contact me directly to sort it out and Im still waiting for their decision on what to do with me lenses. Don't ever come here.
