I loved this place for the moment I walked inside. I wanted to start playing piano again after 13 years of inactivity. A member of staff helped me deciding which digital piano was the best for my needs. I bought it and started playing as soon as I reached home. Very happy with the product and the customer service received!

Enormous, lots of instruments, but I was disappointed by the lack of hifi gear. Online Yamaha has a large range of speakers, amplifiers, etc. but in store they have very little.

Lovely service! Thanks to Mr.Gianmarco Agosta I've managed to buy some great Yamaha studio monitoring speakers. When I've asked him if there were any student discount he said no, but he managed anyway to give me a little bit of discount. What a great service! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy some great studio equipment!

Visited the store in view to purchase a new piano, whilst playing on one of the pianos a lady from the top floor ask ‘ do you need any help’ I advised no thank you. She then ask me to stop playing so any other gent could play as if he was more important. I hope SHE sold him a piano because your not selling me one now. Visited 13/09/2018.

Visited Yamaha Music London’s Wardour St showroom for info. on Yamaha’s range of Acoustic-Electric guitars, for my nephew’s upcoming Birthday. Not being a guitarist myself, i relied heavily on sales advisor Iacopo’s expertise. I struck lucky, as he’s a keen guitarist himself. He guided me patiently, without any pressure, through the series and models he felt would suit best based on budget, construction materials, functionality, playability, size and sound quality. Advising me on essential extras(Capo, case, picks, strap, strings, chromatic-tuner etc.) i ought to give consideration to with any guitar purchase. Even being gracious by playing on every guitar that caught my eye, both acoustically and then electro-acoustically, using each guitar’s in-built pick-up hooked-up to a Yamaha guitar amp. And finally allowed me to take advantage of their offer of price-matching my chosen guitar(AC3R) for a good package deal. My nephew couldn’t be happier!

My Experience with Yamaha London Store has been Faultless from initial enquiry to the delivery ???? of a piano ???? that I was saving to get for a long time.
Special thanks ???? to Marco Agosta who patiently dealt with my many enquires and whose professionalism and understanding was outstanding end to end.
Thanks also to Berit who also dealt with some of my many questions and the final delivery itself.
I popped into the store on another occasion and was greeted warmly by friendly and helpful staff who let me try out many pianos.
It’s rare nowadays to get exemplary individualised customer service such as this. I got that in abundance and would highly recommend without hesitation.

It's a Yamaha store so keep in mind that all products will be from the one company.
I had some really good service when I visited a few months ago.
Came in looking to get a guitar, the sales person showed me a few models and gave their experienced opinion on them.
They also importantly let me spent some time on my own just playing the guitar without hurrying me.
Would recommend.

A brilliant store! The staff is really kind and helpfull. You have dozens pianos to play on there - from digitals to grand pianos that you will never be able to afford. You can even borrow headphones from the staff and enjoy playing on the digital pianos. Totally recommended.

It's a great musical instrument store, but you could have probably guessed that. The staff have been friendly as heck everytime I've visited (and I visit a lot to browse/look lovingly at the instruments), and they're approachable and eager to help. It's an expensive store, don't get me wrong, but the instruments are good and music is one of those things where springing for a little more makes sense. If nothing else, the staff here will let you try stuff and find what you like, and I do recommend playing a few before you settle.

Awesome music store with wide collection of instruments. However, if you are going on a weekend, plan it well as they close early around 4pm. Hidden inside one of the lanes, I chanced upon it as I was going for breakfast at another famous breakfast destination.

Musicians this is a place for you. Everything music wise you can get here. The grand piano selections are great. Very good customer service. This is a place you would spend hours in shopping and looking around. You can't leave without buying something.

The store is really stunning with a luxurious look to it, lots of space, and the ability to try out guitars etc. I was offered some excellent deals by two of the guys here, and made a purchase of a new Yamaha guitar. I plan to buy another one in due course. They have a great variety of stock including more than one Yamaha variant with P90 pickups.

I did a purchase there and on arrival met professional staff. BUT. The very big SCAR on Yamaha is the finance options provider V12 Retail Finance! Do not even try to go for any finance option with them better use your credit card! And for that finance provider i give -3 stars. Beside that there was nothing to complain. Can not live empty handed - definitely store has what needed with a outstanding quality.

The store is large and crowded, but the service could not be more attentive and helpful.
