Great selection of books and music misc. items. Their online website is also easy to navigate, user friendly and offer quick and reliable delivery within the UK. Need to report to UK trading standards for maliciousness and complete mochary of dealing with customer....

My visit here was amazing and i mean it . I spent about two hours here trying different pianos and interacting with other people who were there for the same reason ! The guy at the shop was literally the most welcoming and friendly , he gave me his honest opinion and even invited me to come back ! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for digital pianos , they’ve got top brand one there !

Price is great. If you're after high-spec vintage guitars then there are other places just next door, but if you're looking for the essentials then this is the best. Helpful staff, well laid-out stock, good range and availability.

Very disappointed. The order did not arrived by the date provided on the website. Chased and told there was a further 2 week delay. That date came and went. Chased twice more and cancelled the order. No answers and couldn't deliver.

Specialists and honest, I went in looking for specialist headphones for audio monitoring, I was eager to buy what was in store but he insisted that he send me away and directed me to another shop (different company) with a headphone testing stand so I could find the headphones which really suited me best.
Customer satisfaction over profit here, highly recommend - they will help you find precisely what they want and more than anything, they care which is refreshing. don't look anywhere else :)

Very knowledgeable staff. Helpful, welcoming. Good atmosphere to be in. One thing, though. This is purely a sheet music store (the main one is across the street). No instruments that i could see, anyway! So in that respect a bit difficult to ' try before you buy'

Drove miles to get to this shop to buy a piano book for children. It was to be a nice present for someone's birthday that evening.
We got a bit delayed but my partner was in the shop at 4:55 on a Sunday which gave her five minutes to buy the book.
The lazy staff shut the till early and said they couldn't help. BEFORE 5M.
We implored them to help, told them the law was OK because we were there before 5pm. But nothing. Just pathetic excuses from UTTER jobsworth morons.
Balls to supporting independent shops. You don't get this nonsense buying on the Internet.

Good service from both stores on Denmark Street. First one found item for me but No 11 across the road actually had it in stock. Shops clean, good selection and the staff who assisted in both shops were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly the lovely young man in No 11. Elvis fan....
