I highly recommend this shop due to its customer service skills and good collection of guitars across a wide price range.
I bought a guitar from them few days ago. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient and enormously helpful. Jay was so kind and completely honest through helping me choose a guitar; I felt very comfortable and I felt he cared more about my personal experience and choosing the right guitar for me, rather than anything else. Incredibly attentive.
Mike the manager was very helpful and went the extra mile, even after I bought the guitar and took it home, as I had some doubts. He helped me explore all my options and truly made me feel comfortable in my choice. He made feel very comfortable with with the option of returning it (I know it is my consumer's right, but it helps when the manager is very nice about it). Needless to say, I kept the guitar I bought from them as it is purely a piece of art. Their customer service skills is what every retailer should aspire to. They have gained a customer for life! Thank you very much.

Upon recommendation from a friend I found this little gem. I didn't find the guys working there to be pushy, quite the opposite in fact. They allowed me time to strum a selection of guitars and were more than happy to give me advice on the make of each one. I ended up buying a guitar from them and I've been embracing the new found love. Thanks guys for making my experience one to remember. Will definitely be back

Customer service here is friendly and extremely helpful. I came on 24/04/2021 with a clear idea in mind of what I wanted, but unable to choose between some of the models they had in stock, so they pointed me in the right direction for my needs. I got the guitar I wanted at an excellent price, with a nice strong carry case and a robust warranty. Very pleased to shop here.

When I came to the shop I was asked to book an appointment to view Pianos due to Covid 19 restrictions. On the appointment I was provided with an amazing customer service, the shop assistant was very knowledgeable and answered comprehensively all my questions.
In the end I bought Kawai CA99 piano.
Piano itself is amazing, the sound quality is great, easy to use with different settings. It does give a feeling of playing on an acoustic piano.
Rose Morris arranged for piano to be delivered and set up within days. Very professional. I recommend it.

I visited the many guitar shops in Denmark street, but this one stood out for me. The largest factor being they have an actual room to try out guitars. Unlike a few other shops that make you try the $1000+ guitars in a tiny room with horrible acoustics. The people here are definitely knowledgeable and will help you out in buying the right instrument for your need - 5/5

I was on the hunt for an digital piano, I knew what features I wanted but reading reviews online didn't help me narrow down my options. After stumbling around several music stores in Soho for awhile, I still wasn't sure until I popped into Rose Morris. They immediately directed me to the piano that had everything I was looking for and didn't try and push me into a more expensive piano that I couldn't afford. They were open, honest, friendly and incredibly helpful and made the decision process a lot easier.

A fantastic independent music shop which I’d highly recommend. I bought a guitar, amp, and digital piano from them a couple of weeks ago, and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff are super friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions (I had a lot) and helped me find the right instruments for me, and I felt no pressure to buy.
Plus they’ve got a good range of unique guitars to choose from, including their house brand, Shaftesbury (which IIRC are assembled on-site) — and a selection of digital pianos downstairs (Roland, Kawai, and others).
If you’re in the market for a new electric, acoustic, or digital piano, definitely check them out. I know I'll be back. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend this store. A wonderful buying experience. A special thank you to Mike. I was interested in a Kawai digital piano. I called the store and booked an appointment with Mike. He was there on the dot to open the store and welcome me, spent an hour guiding me through the various options and let me just roam the store, and then I spent an extra 30 minutes on my own just testing out different pianos. Mike threw in a number of items to complement the package, and was super super helpful on delivery, and possibility of changing my mind on something. Really super helpful for a fantastic buying experience.

I'm extremely glad I bought my Taylor from Rose Morris. 5 years after purchase, but with Taylor's 12 year warranty of course, I noticed the string spacing at the nut was completely off on some of the strings. (admittedly, I hadn't played it much in that 5 years due to having many instruments or else I hope I'd have noticed sooner!) I took it in to Rose Morris & they sent it back to Taylor to be sorted. Not only did they replace the nut, Taylor even upgraded the pickup & preamp to the latest version, replaced the battery compartment & leveled/dressed the frets. Full credit to Taylor for the work & extras, but the service in Rose Morris is 2nd to none. They got everything sorted really quickly & set the action perfect for me. There's a pint each waiting to be claimed by the 2 great Irish lads who got my guitar sorted (you both know where to find me, but do ask for me when you're next in there!) For anyone looking at buying a brand new Taylor I would heavily recommend you check out Rose Morris before checking anywhere else!

We went to look for an electric guitar today and had a great time. The customer service is great, based on what we said we were looking for, we got some suggestions and tried out some guitars. We were helped by one of employees (tall blond guy) who based on the feeling and thoughts we had about the guitars, was explaining things and adjusting his suggestions. It all happened in a relaxed, not pushy way. The full customer service package was perfect and we got a great guitar!

I emailed and called before coming to purchase a travel guitar. I bike 1 hr to get here. The moment i arrived (Thursday Evening JAN 16th) I was effectively placed on hold for 25 minutes due to a phone call and the young insincere floorman was full of fake helpfullness. He didn't listen and kept saying yes yes and then made me wait. I came and they didnt even have the appropriate case they promised. False promises and a waste of time. there was even some 'dude jamming' (badly) so loud on the amps i couldnt hear the mahagony acoustic and when i asked them to turn it down a hair they did nothing and the staff were ofcourse completely unhelpful. a Bunch of fakes- go next door to Music Room. Even Better - go to Hob Gobblin up the street! For a real Music Shop Rose Morris- your staff just made a Big FAIL.

Bought an mid to expensive guitar from them that i soon found out had faults, took it back but their quick fix job failed to repair the issue. Later I tried to take them up on the free service/ setup that was promised on purchase , but they reneged on it and I had to pay alot of money to get it fixed elsewhere. The Luther I saw said the guitar needs a whole new bridge. Won't buy from there again
