We have been absolutely delighted by the service received from Pip, Abi and all the team at Fine & Country, Derbyshire. In particular, we would like to offer our sincere thanks to Pip who has been nothing short of fantastic. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for Pip and she has overseen the whole process every step of the way. This has resulted in a smooth, seamless and stress-free sale. Not even the pandemic has slowed down the relentless energy and support shown by Pip. Firstly, the marketing, brilliantly supported by Abi, was excellent and was really bespoke, nothing felt ‘off the shelf’. Both Pip Holden and Arma Kang proved to be reliable, trustworthy, reassuring and effective during a house sale which spanned across the Covid lockdown period and involved buyer and seller living in different countries during that time. Despite the significant difficulties such a transaction encountered (especially with solicitors, who were all working from home with limited access to client files), Pip and Arma stayed calm, acted as effective intermediaries and exhibited the experience and professionalism they possess to get the deal over the line. I seriously doubt that the transaction would have been successfully concluded without their efforts.

Estate agents should disclose all information (for example possible flooding) to prospective buyers - I found Fine & Country Derbyshire are in breach of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations and I will be reporting them.
