I started off coming here for just the pharmacy when I moved jobs into the area, but over the past year I've been using the spa downstairs for treatments and it's been consistently great. It's always been friendly and professional and I've felt like I can ask for good advice any time I need it. It's also reassuringly hygienic which is something I'd been struggling to find in the area for casual drop-in sessions.

Ridiculously overpriced. I mean walk ten minutes up the harrow rd or Maida vale and everything seems to be a pound or more cheaper. Outrageous

A friendly, local pharmacist that knows each customer and even recognises my voice on the phone! Have been going for a few years for treatments - there are a couple of rooms downstairs and it's always so nice to get pampered with an impeccable service and by lovely people too. Would recommend to everyone, and give ten stars if I could!

An honest disappointing experience. I’ve done a green peel and paid an expensive price for nothing. The therapist was in a rush and couldn’t even explain what the results were. Harry, the owner of the pharmacy and the therapist were pushing me to buy products and luckily I didn’t fall into buying all they told me to. My face is even worse, no result, no peeling, bad skin and treated with despair. All I can say, run away from these amateurs. They do not know what they are doing.

The best wax I've ever had. Joanna made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and it was the most painless experience a wax could be! A lot of attention to details too, it's very clean. I can't recomended highly enougth! The lady is absolutley lovely and gentle and is very specialized. I will make this my regular place and happily recomended to my friends. 5*
