Not only is it just an incredibly well run, professional pharmacys, but every staff member is so helpful and knowledgeable. I have also done two fit to fly tests here that could not have been more fast and convenient. They have results quickly, give you a paper copy, and email results all by the time you walk out the door. Can’t say enough good things about this business!

This is the most well managed and professional Pharmacy in Pimlico. The staff are very well trained and helpful, and no request is ever too much effort. I have communication issues, so I can always email, have prescriptions sent directly, and they also have great relationships both with their customers, and with the GP surgeries locally. Highly recommend as the "Go To" Pharmacy in Pimlico and Victoria.

I am not sure what Chemist people have visited when they have written unfavourable reviews? Due to a number of medical issues i need constant need of this family run pharmacy. Not once have I ever experienced anything but five star customer service. The warmth and considerate treatment I have received from Saturday assistant to Head Pharmacist has always been a reassuring sign that customer service is still alive and well in Pimlico. Throughout these challenging times Warwick Pharmacy has gone out of its way to ensure all my complex medical needs have been met.Five star service. Thank you.

Incredible! I lost my flight because my test was over 72hours. At the counter, she told me is going to be ok.
But at the Airport, they refused the test because it was more than 72h.
I asked twice to be sure it was ok. She said me yes.
Never go back there. Shame on your business and your people who is working there.

Be very careful when booking a Covid19 test, the lady on the phone asked when I was flying and then told me when to come. I trusted her but the test was done over 72hours before the flight and therefore I was refused entry on the flight. When I complained and said I trusted the lady on the phone I was told that I should have made my own calculations. They charge more than many other places and you can’t even trust them. Shameful.

This business has no shame. They sold my elderly neighbour a 100ml bottle of hand sanitiser for £10.00.
This company needs to be named and shamed for exploiting their own customers during this terrible time.
The Pimlico community will never forgive of forget this behaviour.
You do not deserve any government financial assistance Now or after this epidemic and many petitions are in circulation to expose companies that think this immoral behaviour is acceptable.

Will never ever shop here again. They are charging £12 for a small bottle of hand sanitizer. Also charge way over the odds for paracetamol . Taking advantage of this harrowing time. They are foolish because they may make money in the short term but the bigger picture is that they will lose customers in the long run. Disgusting

I am a regular customer at Warwick pharmacy, and my experience there has always been excellent. You know, it's more like a village store than a busy central London pharmacy. They seem to have really mastered the personal touch, which is sadly so lacking in high street shops nowadays. Whenever I go in there, they're always like "Oh hey Phil, how's it going?". Maybe it's because of my good looks, I don't know, but I feel like a valued customer. As someone on regular medication, they offer a repeat prescription service whereby I call them when I'm getting low on medication and they'll sort it all out with my GP surgery. All I have to do is to go in and collect the ready medication. As someone who grew up in a small countryside town in northern England, I sometimes miss the "everyone saying hi to everyone" feel and so this well stocked local community pharmacy is a joy to have on my doorstep. At the time of writing this, they're open 7 days per week. I think it's 9-6 Monday-Saturday and 11-4 on Sunday, but I'd call them to check.

I went in and specifically asked for contact lens solution for soft lenses. He gave me a bottle of (twice as expensive) hard lens solution telling me it was what I needed, telling me that the cheaper bottles wouldn't work. I should have double checked the bottle before leaving the store, but I'd still stay away from any pharmacy that intentionally misleads customers to make extra money.

A delicate issue here.....
I was recently in the queue behind somebody who uses the needle exchange programme. The first thing which came to my mind, and ignorant and prejudiced on my behalf, is that I automatically presumed drug user/junkie. Yes they may have been, or many other reasons why they were using the scheme. A diabetic patient who needs to inject insulin for example.
But my absolute confusion came about when the chemist said "we don't do the service between 12-2pm, after 5pm, or all day on Sundays.!"
I don't think that this should be the protocol for being a dispenser/exchange for the scheme as i do believe that the returned equipment could be disposed of in a very wrong and careless way.
I also however don't know how the exchange centres get chosen?? Could there be a more dedicated pharmacy in the area that can take over the responsibility and make everyone, and lest not forget the service user, feel more comfortable and less embarrassing moments caused for this particular pharmacy

Unfortunately, this pharmacy does not take part in the 'Needle Exchange' program, although it is listed on various websites online, including westminster.gov.uk. Sadly, the customer service I received by the pharmacist was below standard and I will no longer be getting my prescriptions here.
