Great Pharmacy, i am local and this is my place to to go. They carry products of the best brands, i really appreciate this is a full clinic and they can prescribe medicines. I normally deal with Doc Russel, super kind, knowledgeable and always avaible for a nice word or advice. Highly recommended

Worst customer service ever. I went there for specially a medication that I normally take and confident with, but the pharmacist kept up-selling something that she thought would be better, to a point saying “I am pharmacist, I know what you need “. Also “what are you a doctor or a nurse, how could you know better than me?” Very rude and not polite staff member.

I came to ur pharmacy last weekend, but You have the worst customer service EVER, the girl working there with thick eyebrows is really destroying your business. I thought she is from Bangladesh but she speaks Arabic! Anyway she had a bad personality and her way of communication is really rude and tried to forced me to buy arabic product and when I refused that she said ok i will not
Sell you anything as I want pills i used to buy even from stores!
I read other ppl reviews here and they mentioned the same point, this girl is destroying your business!
I will not come to your pharmacy anymore and will tell all my friends also about it, that wad really bad experience with her!

Great pharmacist who remembered me after a gap, and what medication I used. It was great to be local to this service again. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They stock products I haven't found elsewhere and the prices are reasonable. I do recommend them to anyone who asks. I use the repeat prescription service and have found it to be easy to use, even in an emergency when I ran out of medication they responded to my pleas and managed to get a prescription at short notice from my doctor.

If there is less than one star I would choose it.
I really went out with spending 908 pound !!
they told me that if I toke more than one piece of the same product I will get discount.
The lady that was working there wasn’t listening to me.
She wanted to give me things that i didn’t need.
I never spent that much money in a pharmacy !
