It's a well-off place considering the area obviously it will be the best pharmacy standard. They are the standard. This is why Kensignton and Chelsea are the best.

The pharmacist has given my mum`s Rivaroxaban to another customer and for 2 weeks they couldn't supply the medication. I haven't experienced such a negligence, not only they left my mum without a vital medication but they showed very little concern!

Nashi is a brilliant local pharmacy. Knowledgeable, helpful staff who take a real interest in their customers. My surgery sends my prescription direct to them and it is often ready for connection on the same day.

Extremely disappointed with the pharmacy as they keep messing with the prescription for life supporting medication, no coordination whatsoever and it`s impossible to get connected using the phone provided either!

likely you put your picture and i rememeber what happened my dear as i was there when this incident happened .sorry but you had no respect for the pharmacist lady for the guy who served you or for my age as i was just behind you waiting for my medication . they apologised that the item didn t come and he was trying to call somewhere to get it for you but you start swearing at them you called the lady pharmacist a bixxx and you pulled the script from the lady s hand i ve been dealing with this pharmacy for the last 15 years and trust me they are very professional very carying and polite and they are always happy to go that extra mile to please their customers and i find it so unjust and unfair trying to put them down like this ,they deserve much more than that .

Exceptionally rude staff especiallly Mohamed Hitcham. Medicine were not available as promised and instead of an apology I was rudely apoken to. He has zero understanding of customer service and even less reapect for a woman. Disgusting guy. I will never visit this chemists again

I ask for the prescription of my friend to a lady ... and she pass the job to another guy ... and he said I needed to pay£8.80 I payed and I went to my house ... I ask my friend if he lsid for his tablets and he said no its frer as I'm A diabetic , We when bsck to the pharmacy and the guy looked at us suspiciously and my friend ask why did you charge £8.80 when i have a medical card, the guy said why u dident tell me before its your fault ... and I said you charge me, you know is on you computer and I need to tell you what to do ... him don't have manners, no sorry was a mistake, him can be there long time but no way will he will treat me like that again ... Lucky they are close to the doctors to get the customers otherwise with people like him they would be closed due to no customers.

I recently went to pick up a perception that had three items on the list, the charge was £25.20, however I later found out that one of the items (codine linctus) is available without prescription for much less, ( I heard one of the assistants tell her manager that something was cheaper without prescription but didn't know at the time with other people in the store she was taking about me ) so it was quite cheeky to charge me the full NHS charge without telling me, it's about not the money but the principle, I don't think I'll be picking up my prescriptions up from there anymore
