I just wanted to say a big thank you to Meera & Dana for sorting my COVID PCR test very quickly. I had to travel last minute and they managed to help me out which I am very grateful for. They were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I was concerned about. I even booked my day 5 with them as I was very pleased with their hygienic and professional service.

Went to Dajani Pharmacy firstly because they always know the answers to every query I have re medical issues. I was stressed about Covid home test kits, timings, government procedure etc... DANA came to the rescue. She was confident, professional, so lovely and reassuring THEN gave me stress induced coldsore cream for free. I could have cried. So grateful. Thanks so much Dana for doing that little extra that made a big difference.

I was so pleased to receive my medication which was not available in north London. I decided to go to Dajani pharmacy in South Kensington and got an excellent customer service from the pharmacist Dana . She rang up my GP to get a fax of my prescription at the last minute. I was so grateful and got an excellent professional service.

Dajani Pharmacy is the most luxurious Pharmacy in Chelsea. It doesn't just supply medicine, but also has a large supply of exceptional beauty products, as well as high end perfumes. The staff are particularly attentive, and are so accommodating. Hani himself is a perfectionist in every sense of the word, he is thoughtful and never ceases to amaze me with his exceptional customer service level. It is the only pharmacy I go to, and the only pharmacy I recommend.

I saw a paper sign on their shop door saying they have facemasks available in store, given the current circumstances I thought I'd pop in and enquire, 2 ladies behind the counter presented me with a box of, quite possibly one of the cheapest possible 1 ply or 2 ply blue face masks which would have retailed for a couple of pounds and wait for this, asked for 65 pounds!!!! i mean yes, one of the fundamentals of economy is supply and demand but charging 65 pounds for essentially a box of facemasks which are useless against bacteria/viruses is SOMETHING ELSE, not to mention their faces during this short conversation, either they thought i was sick just because i asked about a product they were advertising, or they knew full well they were doing something morally rotten. i mean is it even legal for a pharmacy to sell a product at 40/50x of recommended retail price? i am going to report them and i will never go there ever again!

Rude and disrespectful is an understatement.
When to buy a medicine for my mouth ulcer. My husband recommended Iglu but the lady behind the till recommended something else.
My husband asked if she was a pharmacist as he has been in this business for 20 years and has lots of experience with products.
She said she was not but studied pharmacy.
He said that he had a lot of pharmaceutical shops.
She said oh yeah, what happened? It went DOWN DOWN?
He said no, they are all over the world and has been bought recently.
She said, yeah the new owner made it big and all over the world?
Unbelievable to even have to have this conversation when we just went in for a medicine.
Also isn’t there meant to be a licensed pharmacist working there?
The medicine she recommended didn’t work so went to another pharmacy to buy what I initially intended to buy.

Dajani Pharmacy is GODSEND!!!!!! They have helped me soo much through out the years. The customer service is beyond excellent they treat you like family, they really care about your wellbeing. They never seem to fail in delivering the best customer service, going above and beyond to cater to my needs - ALWAYS.
I also fully trust Hani's (the owner) medical advise, having newborn twins I don't always have the time to go to the doctors, his medical advise has helped me tremendously!
They have great stock I always find everything I need and their prices are fair, I have found other pharmacies in the area to have ridiculously high prices for no reason.
All in all, I am extremely happy and really appreciate the staff.

They are probably in the wrong job. I went to get some medicine for a cold and they asked me to stay far and not come close. If you are so afraid, change job. It doesn't look good. I will never go there again.

I have read some harsh reviews lately from people generally who have been provoked by a certain individual to defame this company. I myself being in the medical industry have rated this pharmacy as a 5 star company who treats the staff and customers 5 star. Unfortunately it’s sad to see people who don’t get on with staff, coming on social media, as this is an easy way to target people just to ruin their status.
I have worked with their staff and have had business relationships with all members. This is a truly respected pharmacy. Please don’t fall for all the false accusations. Every work place has people, some we like some we don’t, part of life but going this far is pretty silly and immature. I hope this person matures up and use the correct platform for all her concern.

This place is a joke. I have been here as a customer and the management is poor. A woman called Fatima who i spoke to is very unprofessional and very backwards in her ways. I witnessed her bullying a member of staff and i also find it very disgusting the way she speaks to people that work there it made me feel so unconfortable. I feel this place needs to be investigated as some of there ‘ways’ of doing things cannot be legal.

I've never got round to reviewing this pharmacy but as a 'local guide' and because I saw Hani Dajani the owner this evening, whom I am most fond of having known since my teens many many moons ago when he first opened, I feel I really want to give him and what service he offers the praise deserved.
For a start the layout of the shop is very clear. It is also absolutely spotless.
Mr Dajani himself has always been an extremely consciencous and professional pharmacist. If he is unsure about a prescription he won't hesitate to call the prescribing doctor for clarification.
The shop is not overwhelming but stocks everything you could ask for
My experience of counter staff has always been positive. And some times very positive. I shall always remember.and be grateful for the care and support Hani and his staff gave me when I was diagnosed with a usually terminal illness.
It went on for years. Empathetic. Sympathetic. Understanding. Patient. And Mr Dajani above all gave me confidence that I would pull through. Thank the Lord after many years I did. I am now in remission.
So I thank you Mr Dajani and all your staff over many years for supporting me and mine.
