I went to Sherlock Holmes Pharmacy to do my PCR test, on Saturday 19th of December. The service was excellent, and the people at the pharmacy very friendly & professional. The test took a couple of minutes and it was a nice experience. I received the results on Sunday the next day (less than 24 hours from the time I took the test). Highly recommended.

I could literally say this is the place to go to. The owner sounds asian, is rude over the phone he has no sympathy or manners. I got recommended by a family member however never again. No customer service, no manners,arrgoant. Ill be sure to let all my friends not to come here. In the end no one loses out but your business so good luck paying your staffs salary with no customers.

I have visited SH pharmacy twice for a covid test travel certificate and each time the service has been excellent. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. On the second occasion I mixed up which covid test was required, and they went beyond the call of duty to provide me with the new test and refund the fare in difference.

A pharmacy is a pharmacy - you walk in, ask for something, pay and leave . simple as that! But I agree with some of the reviews here. You’re made to feel like you’re a ‘pain in the ass’ if you ask for help or any questions by the gentleman behind the counter. Customer Service clearly means nothing here!

I wonder why Google did not make rate zero, because I have to be honest this is the worst Pharmacy. I called and I asked for Covid COVID-19 test. I was answered where I was travelling to and I replied why she needs to know, and she replied "if you don't tell me I will not tell you the price over the phone" .
My advice is not go to this pharmacy ever and I believe the management of this pharmacy have to review their staff. I have called today 3/12/2020 around 4.20pm. I believe this matter should be investigated, this rude lady was in the pharmacy who claimed that she is the manager of the Pharmacy. If the manager talk this way, I am wondering how the staff are.

Very rude owner. They are quick to take your money for the covd test, however do not provide the customer service and reassurance it should come with. The owner is conceited. Over the phone he has no manners. If your job is that stressful give the role to someone else. Surely theres a way to close you down, places like this should NOT be open.

Staff was super helpful. We visited several pharmacies when we needed specific medicine that is hard to get. Lady at the counter went above and beyond to make sure we will get it on time despite issues with delivery due to bank holiday.

I did a COVID 19 swab test because I was flying to my country and I needed the results 48 hours before the flight. My flight was on Thursday afternoon and I gave the test on Monday. I have been assured by the pharmacy staff that I will get the results on Wednesday, if not on Thursday morning. However, I got the results very late. I was in the airport waiting for two-three hours on the queue as I could not get my boarding pass without the test result. And the pharmacy send the results just 10 mins before the gate closure. I was almost missing my flight.
I accept that I did not miss the flight in the end however that was super stressfull experience for me, I called the pharmacy 15-20 times totally. Lots of people who had the test on Sherlock Holmes had the similar issues like me. We were keep calling the pharmacy and all they were saying that we will get the result in the next 5 minutes. After two-three hours had passed waiting on the queue, they were telling me the same thing. In the very end, I got the result. I wrote a complaint email after the flight about the refund of the test fee however the pharmacy told me that they think they have met all the requirements. End of the story.

The rudest pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is so ignorant and rude to the customers. The sanitary products are so overprices. Trust me the boots few blocks away does a much good job and the staff is so friendly.
I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

Live around the corner and have been here couple of times - every single time I find the people working here rude and unhelpful. For example last time the man behind the counter answered the phone while I was in the middle of my sentence (there were other people behind the counter that were not helping a customer), had an entire conversation for couple of minutes, left me waiting, forgot what I told him, wanted me to repeat it and didn’t apologise about it to me. Today I walked in and asked for something. The lady pointed to a corner and I asked if she could help with the different brands and sizes, she walked over, gave me a product and I asked if it was suitable for X. No it wasn’t, she said and walked away. I somehow assumed she would come back with something that was suitable for X but she just left me standing with the wrong product and no alternative. These are just 2 examples (I have more) and make me want to avoid this pharmacy. I expect help in a pharmacy and haven’t received it in this one.

This is one very friendly and very knowledgable place. Pharmacy is always a pharmacy but in this case it's different. The service I got and the help that I got goes above and beyond. I own a Pilates studio around the corner from them that deals with injuries and special populations (pre and post natal, scoliosis, bad backs, bad knees, bad shoulders, bad posture, feet...all of it) and they are always there to help me and my clients with whatever we need.
