AVOID! Terrible experiencing attempting to buy the recent Air Jordan 4 White Cements online. Received an order confirmation email on the day of release and funds were taken shortly after from my bank. After no dispatch email was sent, I became suspicious and was refunded 4 days later, due to them not having any stock? Clearly didn't buy enough to supply the demand this trainer would have! Clearly out of their depth as a reputable sneaker store. Shame really.

Ordered some hard to find shoes and had them shipped to Australia. Took a little while, but that can be expected due to the Christmas and New Year holidays. Very happy with my delivery and look forward to buying more shoes in the not too distant future. Thanks heaps!

The store is quite small, but has a lot of special editions and exclusive trainers. Quiet store and the staff can be friendly. Good place to buy trainers.

Worst store I've ever come across only ordered a pair of Airmax 90 species took my money and then waited over 4 days to tell me my order had been cancelled,. Phoned up said they never had stock yet why take my money if you never had the stock Waited so long to get them and refund now sold out Don't recommend this store avoid at all cost poor customer service even poorer sales only got 1 star as can't give none

Ordered 2 pairs of Nike trainers at separate times both times on the last possible day of delivery to track my order told there has been a stock error and I’ve been refunded no contact made to me and no offer of anything to apologise absolutely disgusting service.

Bought trainers online shipping was fine came double boxed. Ended up returning to them unused and as soon as they received it they refunded my PayPal within a day no questions asked. Although I did return the trainers I would definitely buy from them again becuase of their overall service.

My first to purchase yesterday and got cancelled early this morning. Must always update their online store to avoid inconvenience to their and definitely this store is a crap! I got and auto reply saying they will get in touch with me because I have emailed them to ensure nothing is billed on me but the day is already over and I got nothing back!

At random dates, there are hoards of young men with cheap camping chairs queuing outside for days at a time presumably to be one of the lucky few to own a ltd. edition pair of trainers. I went in once to see what all the fuss was about and walked out with a pair of Vans purchased for £20 in the sale. Don't think that's what's causing all the queues though.

A lot of bad reviews here for their website service (which is run independently from the store) but a visit in person is a very different experience. Knowledgeable and approachable staff, with a broad selection of limited edition sneakers. Expect a long queue on most Saturday mornings when the most limited and desired shoes are released for sale.

Don't expect quick delivery next day, I have ordered shoes on 5th July and I have paid for next day extra delivery. They gave package 7th July to DPD and now i don't need this because i am abroad. Thank you for your professionalism.

Ordered a pair of AM 97s - webpage crashed during checkout. Went the through the checkout process again - successful. Next day I have two Paypal charges but only one order confirmation. It says that my order is "despatched" but there is no tracking number. When I put my email, order number, and tracking into the website it can't find my order. I've called several times (no answer) and emailed several times (no answer, either). I would have my bank block the charges but this colorway can't be had in the US so I'm still holding out hope. But I'm never shopping on this garbage store again.

Worst online store. I ordered shoes in size 5 and they delivered a 6.5. Automated email response telling me i cant exchange but only get a refund and try buying again. My size was no longer available though. I wont be risking spending money here again.

I hate to say this because the guys in the actual shop are amazing and helpful and friendly but my online experiences so far have been shocking. Late deliveries. No deliveries. Wrong sizes. Twice. Email communication is awful. It's Saturday night now and I'm still waiting for an order i placed on Tuesday. Sort it out guys. You're the same group as JD. If they can do it you can do it too.

Do not purchase from this place, they are absolute scumbags and the delivery service is just as bad. I purchased a item on the 25th of November and it has said dispatched since the 27th yet I have not received it, for a big company the service is poor and Foot Patrol should be ashamed of themselves I would not recommend this to fellow consumers like myself unless you enjoy disappointment, please go to fellow stores such as footlocker,size and offspring and do not give these indecent individuals a penny. Sorry shoe is out of stock!!, Thanks guys..... if I would have shopped somewhere else I would actually have the shoe I wanted!! But now I have absolutely no chance of getting a pair... Worried about ordering from here after the endless poor reviews and only did so as my trainers were sold nowhere else. However, my Asics arrived safely and were refunded just as easily. It's annoying that there's no contact number or option to return expensive trainers through store or even by insured delivery. Use at own risk.

REALLY TERRIBLE customer service from these guys. I ordered a pair of Pumas and they sent me some Nike shoes instead. The shoes I wanted are sold out almost everywhere so I was excited to find them do I was gutted to open the box and find the WRONG SHOES! I emailed them to let them know what had happened and to ask if they really did have the shoes in stock as they were still on their website (they don't have a phone number!!) and 3 days (!!) later I got a reply and was just told to return them so that they could look into it but my question about stock wasn't answered at all. I returned them with a clearly written statement that I wanted to shoes I had ordered in exchange for these ones and, with no email or contact of any kind, they issued me a refund? Im STILL waiting to find out if they have them in stock as they have them still for sale online... VERY frustrating transaction, not really the service you expect in 2015. 3 days + to answer an email? And how can they not have a phone number?

I was placed an order (Adidas x UNDEFEATED Ultra Boost (054249) uk10). But I got UNDFTD ADIZERO 3 CAMO today. With no reason, they just switch your sneaker and don't care you want or not. DON'T BUY ANY sneaker from this website. They will just change your sneaker with no reason, and don't give international customer any feedback. WROST EVER.

Installing a que service to your website is a joke, you're owned by JD so clearly its not server issue but just an attempt to clearly make your brand appear more limited its not a good look. However I'd like to point out out the staff instore provide banging customer service and are always lovely and know their stuff just the webstore completely bringing them down

In the two e mails since I asked for a refund they've only enquired about the jeans they incorrectly sent me and if I've sent them back. Completely unprofessional.

I don't usually write reviews but I'm so happy with my order that I decided to. First off, I ordered a rare pair of ultra boost that sell out immediately on all websites in the US. I got lucky and purchased it from footpatrol and they later sold out in 10 mins not surprisingly. After I made my purchase, I immediately read the reviews here and most of them were how disappointed they were with online purchases, either wrong pair, size, or took too long to ship. It definitely got me worried, I really wanted the shoes and I was starting to set myself up for a disappointment. The shoes came in today, in the correct pair and size, and in 8 days from London to the US! Thank you foot patrol, will definitely consider buying from you again!
