I hate shoppibg, but I dropped in to the branch in Oxford Street while I was in London and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful, friendly and informed staff. So impressed I bought my shoes there instead of waiting until I returned home.

Amazing staff really friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend if you have young children and need a first pair of shoes as they offer a shoe fitting. So that you know your child will wear shoes that fit them properly.

Bought yesterday, love it so much, however, just one day, the shoes leaking water. The whole point I buy new shoes just for this season to provent coldness and wetness! Now I have to deal with refund issues and search new pair of shoes. So disappointed. But staffs are very friendly and service were good.

I don't often feel compelled to write a review of a shoe shop but the customer service here was excellent! I was served by Natalie who was very helpful, friendly and efficient! It was pretty busy but I can't say I waited even 1 minute for each pair of shoes and size I wanted to try. Even despite her serving several customers at once she was always there to answer everyone's questions. I'm really pleased with the experience! Thank you so much!

Staff in the London stores I visited had not a Scooby Doo what I was talking about and said they don't sell those, whatever it is...

I have about 10 pairs of Clarks - from boots to loafers to sandals. They never disappoint with quality and classic design. There is a wide variety of colours and materials, and I highly appreciate the fact that they have wide fit editions for their elegant shoes and wider calves for the boots. Service is great at all of their shops.

Went there with the intention of buying a pair, however was having quite some difficulty in finding the best quality and material however two of their staff did come to help me finding for my new shoes. Another thing was that, if you ask them to throw your old shoes, they are actually going to recycle them and the money will go for charity.

Clark's seem to be hanging on to a once very good brand name, shoes are no better quality than supermarket. Cheap leather poor design.
I tried on one pair, the leather cracked instantly, apparently I "walked too hard"
