These guys were wonderful! I had a pair of shoes that were not fitted properly in the store and even though I didn't have a receipt and I had tried to "break them in" the manager still let me exchange them. Really top-notch customer service.

It can be hard to find trendy Clarks shoes, but I managed to find pair of fashionable suede orange pumps that were comfortable during the summer sale! I went during the weekday in the afternoon and was approached by 2 friendly staff who offered to find any sizes I needed. At 50% off the shoes were a bargain.

Clarks shoes are by far and above the best mainsteam shoes you can buy. I brought a pair and then spent tbreedays walking around London in them. No blisters, no pain. By experiance they last twice as long as other sub 100 poind branda.

Smaller store with limited selection as of late.
I suppose this is probably seasonal, but the sales offerings at this location have gotten worse over the last 12 months as has the sales selection.
The staff changes very often, so it's tough to keep that customer base, however, they probably don't need to worry about this because right smack in the middle of 'centre-ville' so people would walk in regardless to buy.

Very poor customer service, place an order in store on Monday 26th June, wrong colour.
Currenty sitting on the phone for the last 55 mins, to sort out the error. Someone pick the phone up but hasn't physically spoken to the person on the phone. Hmmmmn. Still waiting patiently for someone to realise a customer is waiting to be served. It's now 20:58, 2 mins before closing time and no one notice the phone; interesting. It's 9:00pm still waiting. Spent holding the line for 1 hour 40 minutes and still no one realise the phone is off the hook. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
