Store manager spent time helping measure both feet individually, to look for variances. Helped pick footwear to assist my personal situation and made me feel valued as a customer. More importantly, the shoes were comfy, reasonably priced and professional looking as desired.

Standard Clarks store, with a good variety of products, and in a convenient location on Oxford Street. It is not too crowded during the week, but it gets quite busy on weekends.
The staff is not one of the best they have, I’ve definitely seen better in other Clarks stores.

Very friendly staff and not many customers inside. We can easily keep social distance. They provide disposable socks that we can use before trying any shoes. Feels safe and good here. Do love their shoes as they are so comfortable!!

I love the Christmas tree display, but the shop seemed a bit empty in terms of shoe offerings compared to others in that street.
Staff were helpful, didn’t have my size, but offered to try in another colour and then send to my house.
A shame more variety of men’s shoes not on offer.

I am a loyal Clark user. As a kid mum got their shoes for us although i didn’t fancy them then. Now, I find them to be the best fit for my feet and at clearance prices, great for my pocket. Generally, the staff were patient & helpful!

Best customer service ever, treated very nice. My wife wanted shoes the young mix race girl and Indian fella were just super they picked styles and recommended fitment all this before closing time. We left.the store with new shoes a smile and eagerness to go back again.

Unreliable & untrained staff. They didn’t wanted to the exchange of their own shoe, which is only sold by them, and after pushing it they offered to do it. Then of course they didn’t have my size particularly so they sent me to a store which didn’t even have my size....! HR/Headoffice should look into this.

Been here several times and each time, the staff have always been very helpful—whether it be to try different pairs of shoes, picking up online orders, or returning items for a refunds. Mo is especially patient and accommodating, and very capable of figuring out complicated transactions! Smaller branch but great staff.

My feet are in heaven, the prices affordable and the customer service was second to none. Seriously, the place was heaving with people and I had shoes in minutes and the staff there were always engaging friendly and available. Plus they helped check the fit so I had the right size (bonus: they come in half sizes too).

The shop assistant forgot 4 times about bringing shoes ti try for me I had to wait 25 minutes whereas anyone else was server. I was close to go away and I had ti rush because I had to catch a Flight from LHR. I won't go there again. The clarks shop close to selfridges Is much better professional and fast.

This branch was very busy as it has sales on but it was easy to find a staff member to get my shoes and they came quickly. the staff members were also knowledgable and were able to tell me there was free delivery on their website as my size wasn't in stock.

While I usually love Clarkes, I'd suggest you avoid this store. Staff are rude, lazy and incompetent. I was left waiting 45 minutes for a left shoe that was eventually deemed lost - they just forgot to mention that to me!
I complained to a line manager who just shrugged. No apology. Nothing. Awful store.

Centrally located, offers a reasonable range of classic and casual shoes. Staff here are keen to sell and not hugely friendly, but helpful enough to assist. Prices seemed higher compared to other Clarks stores I have been to.
