I’ve bought shoes from legend footwear shop before but never from online. As shop is closed now, i ordered online and found whole process straight forward, happy with the product. Gave 5 star as the product was excellent. I hope shop will be open soon and i love to go there.

I bought a pair of Hunter Chelsea wellies in 2020, and at the end of last year I noticed that there were two large holes in the side of the soles. The hole is in the same place on both boots. I have an older pair of the same Hunter wellies I bought from the official Hunter website and they have been worn twice as much, yet do not have the same issue.
I contacted customer support to see if there was anything they could do and they have put this down to “wear and tear” and therefore will not help in any way. I don’t think this is fair as in my opinion, an expensive pair of wellies should last more than a year? I don’t know anyone else who buys a new pair every year. I will not be ordering from them again, and will stick to the official brand websites from now on as I believe these boots are faulty and of awful craftsmanship.

Bought these as a size 42 as every other shoe and trainer I have is a 42 . They caused blistering and scars on the back of my ankle and Legend (the irony ) foot ware refuse to swap them or refund . I’m basically stuck with unsuable boots . Avoid Legend Footware at all costs .

Genuine items? I am currently taking legal action against them for a pair of ‘Hunter’ wellingtons that were purchased from them four months ago, have had one month of wear and which are not just leaking but cracking in the same place on each boot. Legendfootwear have stated that the defects are down to wear and tear!! (they are like new). They are also refusing to take them back and provide a refund.
I will not be buying from them again and advise others to go elsewhere.

A bunch of scammers!! Received faulty boots and paid for postage to send them back, they are claiming they have not received them and refuse to reimburse for the faulty pair of shoes and the postage!
I'ts been almost two months now since I sent the shoes back and still no refund!!!
All they do is send out passive aggressive emails and even at that, not very good ones.
The customer service is truly shocking and appalling.
Has been escalated through PayPal now, AVOID!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
I'd question the authenticity of their products all together, as others have mentioned previously also.

Bought a pair of boots that had a manufacturers defect. The manufacturer were happy to have them sent back but Legend Footwear refused due to the boots being worn. I now have a pair of £200 boots that are unusable.
Terrible service with a smug tone on their emails.
Update: Amazon had to step in and make this right. I ordered the same pair of boots direct from the manufacturer and they're fine (defect free).

Good choice of shoes in a great prices. I have received my order very fast. Unfortunately size I've ordered turned out to be too small so I had to return them, :( I can't say a bad word about the Customer Service, my return has been accepted without any fuss and it was all paid by the seller, also I have received a full refund. In response to legendfootwear after the comment of my daughter (who was the personn to who the package should have been sent), because i'm the personn who paid fot the shoes. (a 72 euros birkenstock which never arrived, with false signature from the deliver).
You ask us the letter 5 MONTHS after the first claim, are you just making fun of us ?? You ask us this particular "letter" out of the delays anyway, and then say to us we gave it to you to late ?? so what ??
As we said a lot of times by mail that we never had the package, why did you even need an other letter handwritten... And because you ask incredible things, can't even traduct in english, but if i try, would be : (i still have mails with this list...)
-complete delivery adress
-signature
-lover's date (???)
-some sentences advising to not give birth (???)
So, sorry to not have send you all you ask, we didn't really understand what you needed, and because we already sent you months ago all you need for claim against the deliver, and because you already made fool of us.
If u keep in this way to refuse to repaid us, we will keep give you bad opinions on internet, and i will use european simplified procedure for attack you for fraud. I'm so sick of this lack of profesionalism.
And Dps had a lot of opinions in my country saying that they use false signatures, and others abuses. I will not believe that you never had any problems with them, not possible.
