Ordered a pair of Nike trainers and paid for 2 day delivery at 1am Wednesday morning. Received confirmation email Wednesday morning. Thursday evening no despatch email so contact customer services who got back to me quickly to say they were out of stock and usually hold the money for 7 days before refunding and notifying the customer. I mean, I paid for 2 day delivery so surely you’d contact me when it became apparent you won’t be able to fulfill the scheduled delivery date? Also holding money in case you get returns? Is that even legal? I basically had to either wait or could have got a refund there and then. I opted to wait and just got an email from them thanking me for my recent purchase which reminded me to leave this review. It’s now Friday evening and yet to receive any communication on my order which should have arrived today. They are known as being super poor with customer service and orders but this is the first time I’m using them and experiencing it first hand. Never again.

For my brother in laws 40th Birthday I ordered a pair of Nike Air Force 1 boots from Size which arrived in a tatty box and the black tick peeling off the rear of one of the boots, not great bit these things happen so I returned them for a refund. I found the same boots on Footpatrol's website and so ordered them again. And guess what they arrived in a tatty box with the same tick pealing off. Checking out both companies it seems they are both owned by JD sports and based on the incredible coincidence of this experience I imagine share a warehouse. I am shocked that their quality control for returns (clearly marked as faulty on returns labels) can end up back in customers hands, and in this case the same customer from two brands under the same owner!!. A complete and utter waste of my time and super embarrassing when buying as a present!

I've been buying from Footpatrol for over a year now and overall I'm very happy with their service. It's the one seller with which I've managed to win the most hyped shoes through their launches, which shows to me that they are fair and don't backdoor all the pairs. I really have to thank them for that. And every time I've had any issues with orders or refunds, their twitter help team has been very helpful and quick to resolve them. Can't recommend them highly enough :)

Absolutely abysmal! I ordered a pair of Nike adapt, the box was badly beaten up and they missed out the charger cable and adapter which is mandatory for use of the shoe. I emailed them atleast 3 times over 3 weeks with no response. Only after threatening to pull the money back from the bank that they replied and took 4 different people who were more clueless than the next to try and resolve it. They lack competence and basic customer service skills. Even though they left out the charger and was a fault on their end, they refused to accept fault. They would only offer me 10% off my next order of £100 as 'goodwill'. This is NOT A GOODWILL GESTURE!!! This is your filthy way of further swindling more money out of your customer instead of either sending me a new charger/ refunding to that amount or coming up with a solution best suited to me. I'm yet to even receive a refund. They are a total mess. I would never shop with this company again and would also urge you to AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, if you value your hard earned money. If I had read the reviews sooner it would have saved me the unnecessary headache of dealing with these incompetent swines.

Feel that there is too many one stars for this company than justified. Ordered a pair of Jordans, instantly received confirmation of the order and was informed that the company was picking my order. Then for the next two days the status hadn't progressed. I started reading the reviews and became skeptical, then wrote to them asking for an update to my order, they replied within a couple of hours and informed me of an update to my order and updated the statuses on their systems. Received the trainers within 4 days of ordering. This was not from a raffle as the trainers had been released for a few weeks but footpatrol had a restock and I was lucky enough to get them after 5 weeks of searching. Very Happy

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I was sent the wrong pair of shoes, which are cheaper than the ones I paid for. The box came tattered, and missing a delivery note so I could not return. I emailed customer service , and was offered 5% refund for the damages however once I agreed to that didn't hear anything back. Terrible customer service, and a scam

Bit confusing. Was lucky enough to get my hands on some launch trainers which sold out pretty quickly everywhere. Waited all day on Saturday for a confirmation email, but did not recieve one. Sunday, no confirmation email or any word from Foot Patrol. I was worried my order had been misplaced or cancelled and I would be without the rare trainers. Then, as if by magic, they turned up at my door on Monday. So, on one hand there was no communication, but on the other it was super fast delivery (day earlier than expected) and with no problems. Overall I am happy.

Took my money, have not supplied what I ordered or replied to me. I entered two launch raffles for some trainers. I won one and lost one yet Footpatrol have taken my money both times. For the pair of trainers I won, I have not had an update in nearly a week, no order number or delivery info. I have contacted their support through email, Twitter and their website and heard nothing back. Beginning to think the site is a scam, they take your money then ignore you! Stay away

Absolutely disgusting service, ordered an item a month ago and received it but didn’t like it so returned. Got a confirmation email they have received my return and was making a refund to my paypal account which gets credited immediately, 3 weeks down the line and no refund! Have contacted them via email and their online contact option 3 times with no response. What a horrific experience from what is supposed to be a reputable company. I have now had to open a case with paypal to try and get my money back. Will never shop with them again and will tell as many people as I can about this shocking experience. DO NOT BUY FROM FOOTPATROL!

Had concerns after checking reviews. Seemed to take a week to pack and a day to send. All arrived as expected so cant have any gripes really. Communication quick when questioned the "processing time" as I couldn't understand it taking 5 days to "pick" two pairs of trainers ; but explained a little with pandemic.

The absolute worst sneaker raffle system in the UK! From payment being permanently taken from my card and not refunded even after losing a raffle, to my raffle win not being sent after a month and many emails, to a faulty online returns system where my order number isn't accepted by the portal, I have had countless issues with Footpatrol and would never recommend entering raffles with them.

Made two orders and called immediately to cancel one, the customer service operative said it was done, I asked for a conformation email, five hours later I called back after not receiving a confirmation email, I was told both orders were being processed, there was no record of an request to cancel the order, but again they would try to cancel the one I'd requested, but to do that first it needed to be in the system, and at the warehouse, it wasn't a givem and the order not cancelled and two packages desptached, means I have to send one back, so I called customer services again, they advised I contact the courier Hermes and get the delivery cancelled, I explained that Hermes always leave packages on the door step as they don't request signatures, so then they offered a Hermes + return label, as it was the only option, they then tried to withdraw the return label and suggested I pay for postage for which they'd reimburse me, I said no, i asked if the label could be posted, they said no but that I didn't need to print ut as the bar code was suffient in the email for the collection point, this also isn't true, they can't seem to stop lying, and I wasn't spending weeks chasing payment, so I'll have to get the label printed, espicially as they failed to cancel the initial order, you just can't trusr them, their customer service is a scam and best avoided.

I’ve been reading everybody’s reviews... they’re all a bunch of lies... I ordered on a Friday turned up on the following Tuesday... shoe box was protected by outer box... no damage... replied to me really quick. i also know people who use these guys a lot... never complained... these google reviews are made by scammers... I think your find 99% of these 1 star reviews are from rude people who went about business wrong so they got ignored... simple... it’s always nice to be nice... either that or it’s rival shoe company’s trying to be spiteful. Great company would definitely recommend. PS. Safari will not let you write a rewive... must be a glitch in the system... you have to go through google chrome.

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a Nike Zoom Matthew Williams 4 on December 22, 2020. I waited until early January. I tried to contact customer service by email, only to find out that customer service was via Twitter (what a joke). Today on 29th January 2021, I threaten you with a complaint in DM twitter and you immediately refund my order. 1- I paid 450€ for a pair of shoes I dreamed of having. 2- I was given the illusion that I would have it. 3- 450€ was out of my pocket for 1 month. 4- I don't have my pair of shoes. AVOID - SCAM. Ordered 2 pair of sneakers. The order came terribly late, and the shoes didn't look legit. The number on the label was correct, but the fit was wrong. The second pair was missing. It's impossible to communicate with them. They just took my money and sold me a fake pair of Nike ACG. Don't use this website. I will be contacting the relevant authorities and financial and file a complain by tomorrow through Ombudsman Services.

Well I purchased a pair of Nike Air shoes on the 8th October and despite being told either it will be with you soon, we can't tell you if its in stock or it takes up to 7 days when assuming 2 days delivery it has now passed. I have asked for a refund and to raise a complaint three times but they are not responding. I will never use them again a total waste of time selling limited shoes that they don't even have in stock

Just says “I don’t understand your question” ... they do absolutely nothing to solve any issues you may have, they could if they wanted to but choose not. Worst shopping experience in years. The website promised "all returns free"(on Irish domain), but no return label was attached to all 3 orders. Online system offers ONLY UK labels, not Ireland. I had to pay 28 euros for the return. Reached out to the support with all details and the receipt and was promised a refund. A month later no money. 4 weeks of back and forth excuses and different replies, every time I am told something different, no constancy! Extremely misleading and non user friendly experience! Very angry and disappointed. 28 euros and the loyal customer is gone.

I ordered a pair of trainers. The money was debited from my account that day. 6 days later, after no communication, I checked my order status via the website and it was still "processing". I contacted Footpatrol via email to enquire as to the order's status and likely delivery date, and simply received an automated email saying that my order had been cancelled and that my money would be refunded. There was no apology, and I don't imagine the money would have been refunded if I hadn't chased them. That was my first experience with Footpatrol, and I won't be using them again.

Jordan's delivered today. No outerbox, resulting in the original box being dented and with dirt marks. Cello tape with someone's hair stacked to the box. Charged for delivery, only to see this. Poorest packaging ever Shocking. Non existing customer chat on their website. First and the very last order for sure. Amateurs.

Hear me out. Two weeks of waiting for my order to be dispatch and yet no email or any text regarding any updates. Chat with customer care by the name Josh and told me "Other orders from this date have now started to ship out so I can assure you that this will be dispatched shortly." I have waited again for at least 4 days and email them and yet found out that they cancelled my order due to the availability of stocks. Like seriously no one even bothers to update me that it was cancelled. This people are joke. No wonder sneakerheads doesn't even bother queuing on their site on exclusive releases dates. Play fair and stop trolling the sneaker community.

What a disgusting disgraceful company. Ordered some retro 11s the day after release and kept receiving alleged text updates FP. Two weeks later finally get a despatch email from FP advising who’d be delivering the order and when. When tracked on the courier site it clearly states they never received the order just order details. So I contacted FP who advised the courier had it and would deliver, then they advised I never made an order as my order details didn’t match. I provided confirmation of the order and again it was now alleged to be on its way. 24 hours later they then advised the courier lost the item (which they never had) and I could reorder (ironically only my size is now out of stock) or receive a refund. When contacted they kept advising the courier would be delayed because of the time of year I appreciate their busy but please don’t use that as an excuse when the item was never shipped. Using this website isn’t worth the hassle there’s plenty of other trainer sites which actually fulfil orders. Having customers wait so long for nothing doesn’t entice repeat custom it pushes them to shop with competitors.

Now two weeks since i ordered and the order has not even been processed yet. Asked for a refund and to cancel the order but this can only happen when I receive the shoes and send them back. Huge drain on time and such a hassle. Daily texts apologising for delay but why accept orders that you cannot fulfill under the terms presented. Such a shame

Received my jordan Air 3 retro denim today after waiting like 2weeks or more, the jordan box was totally destroyed so I knew what to exspect when I opened the box they had been worn, creased, dirty, scuffed I'm fuming about this wont be buying from footpatrol again ???? £170 I paid and theres no returns slip with it either, been trying to ring footpatrol the past week nobody ever answers the phone. Do not buy from Footpatrol. They are unable to manage returns, I sent items back and they have lost them and are now not refunding me despite them signing for them. They will not answer your calls and there is nothing customer support can do. if you do buy from them make sure it is not online.

I am a regular customer and isn’t easy to write bad reviews but I had a bad experience and I would like to share it as this can be defined for other customers. I bought a pair of Nike Air max 90 pride and used just once they had problems on the front part that literally opened. I bring them to the shop which I highly recommended to visit, and I spoke with the manager which takes pictures, took my details and advice me that this happens to all the pair and he would contact Nike and advise me on what they would say if changes tha pair to another or not, as this should not be their mistake. This happened 2 months ago, and since that, I still waiting for their call. I will always go and have a look but as customer service I really recommend to take some serious action, it is such a shame, because the shop has lots of potential!

Unfortunately not possibile to give 0 starts so need to give one at least. Very lacking costumer service; it takes them ages to respond and when they do not problem solving at all. I have ordered a pair of Nike shoes which were faulty and I had to pay by myself 12€for the return. Other than that I need to wait for almost three weeks to get my refund while on the website it says within 3-5 working days. I suggest you to avoid any kind of purchase on this website, you'd better think twice before getting yourself in all this kind of trouble I am facing.

only used footpatrol twice and sent me the wrong size both times. the first time i ordered a pair of converse and the website said cleary select uk size so order 9.5 and they sent me a usa 9.5. on box it said uk8.5 by this time they was out of stock. we all make mistakes so sent back got refund second time saw another pair of converse and the website said select uk size so 9.5uk and yet again they sent me a usa9.5 and on the box it said 8.5uk. so there most be a massive problem with footpatrol. when i complained for second time only got a message saying send back for refund. wasnt offered any discount for the trouble like the other stores do. so will be giving footpatrol a miss from now on
