Like others have said, only use them them as a last resort. There is no guarantee you will receive the shoes you buy. Seems like they have very poor inventory management. They will take your money then cancel your order and then issue a refund.

Ordered a pair of shoes which didn’t fit properly wanted to return them but there wasn’t a return label or even a invoice in the package. Emailed them to see if they would send on the documents They didn’t even respond. I would highly recommend shopping els where online bad customer service and slightly higher than average prices.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES ON SEPTEMBER 28TH AND IT TOOK SO LONG, I TRIED TO CANCEL THE ORDER. THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL IT AND INSTEAD SEND ME TEXT MESSAGES EVERY DAY (SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY) TO TELL ME MY ORDER IS DELAYED. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, SHOP ELSEWHERE. Horrible customer service online. Informed me that I won the raffle for the Travis Scott Air max 270s. Which I then paid for immediately. Waited almost 3 weeks and I email them saying I haven't received a tracking number. I get an email back saying they have to cancel my order due to stocking issues and I should get a refund back in 14 days (26/06/2020). I still to this day (20/07/2020) haven't gotten my money back. I email them every other week just to receive a computerised response saying finance department has been alerted. When will I get my money back?

I ordered a pair of Vans from Footpatrol. Their website states that all shoes are provided in UK sizes - sweet, I order some size 10 vans and go on my merry way. A week later, a pair of US10 vans arrive which inevitably don't fit. No biggy, I'll message their support and tell them to hold the correct size and I'll return the ones they sent, I'm in no rush I guess. 6 days later, I finally receive a response from their customer service, there's no apology for their mistake and they tell me that they'll send me the right size if they've still got it when they receive the shoes they sent. Nearly 2 weeks down the line and things are getting pretty un-cool. I sent the shoes back using their return label (something I've done many times before with many other retailers when ordering things i turned out to be too fat for.) I go ahead with my life, a month passes, I receive no refund or exchange to the correct size. I contact support once again who tell me they never received the shoes back into their system. So here I am, 67 quid down after quite a lot of wasted time and effort. Don't order from these guys, they're terrible and I've lost nearly 70 quid because of their mistake. 0/10, would not recommend. Update 17.10.2020 Yeah... they've not acknowledged this or even bothered with my enquiries via customer service. These guys are thieves, dont bother.

If I could give no stars then I would. This place is an absolute joke and the customer service is terrible. I ordered some very rare Nike bb adapt 2.0 and was told they were lost in transit. I was unable to order another pair as they sold out apparently. I am still waiting for my £300 refund. They refuse to get a manager to call me and say nobody is available. The whole experience has been a joke and there customer service is shocking. I will also be adding all the emails from them on here to warn other people. Update: I have spoken to the courier company and they have said that the items were never received by them. So looks like they were not sent in the first place. AVOID AVOID AVOID. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND THE HEADACHE

Shop itself looks nice. However more than once staff seemed not to care too much. Not to mention after 2 years of signing up to raffles I had my First W but they lost my delivery and after 3+ weeks of me chasing them it ended up in a refund. Not happy at all.

Do not order online. I paid for express delivery but the item was never delivered. They claimed that I missed the delivery of which there was no sign and then there was only finger pointing at the courier which did not resolve the issues. Getting the money back would take at least 2 weeks I was told. Please spare yourself the PAIN and TIME, and let this business sink.

Don't order anything online. I made an order from Footpatrol in Feb but decided not to keep the shoes as the quality was very bad for the price (not their fault). I used their royal mail returns procedure to send them and wait for a refund. After 3 weeks I hadn't heard anything from them so sent over an email to check the status of the return. After waiting 4 days for a reply I gave up and called customer service. Once I got through I explained the situation I was in and the person on the other line said 'oh' paused for a few seconds and hung up. Still haven't got my return and it's been a month since I sent them back. Also I've been to the store in the past and it's tiny. Barely enough room to move.

Ordered from Foot Patrol years ago and had a bad experience and vowed never to use them again. Unfortunately I missed the drop of Nike AM 95 Greedy 2.0 and had to buy them from Foot Patrol (thought things must have got better since I haven't used them in 4/5 years, I was wrong.) Box turned up with a large rip across the top and had been sellotaped down so was obviously damaged before posting. I emailed customer services and waited 3/4 days with no reply before I messaged their Facebook page, to which I got a response within 20 minutes! What company pays more attention to Facebook than their customer service email address? They claimed the box has done its job for 'protection during transit' as the trainers were not damaged, which is irrelevant as a collector. Foot Patrol also post trainer boxes out wrapped in what is effectively a black bin bag. I posted trainers back, return slip states refunds are processed in 48 hours and money will be back with me within 5 days, I waited 11 days before chasing them, had to prove I posted them back although the tracking number said delivered, and eventually got my money back. AVOID ONLINE PURCHASES AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a pair of runners that I was getting for someone as a present. The shoe box was filthy, i opened it up and the runners had dirt on the laces, what looked like black ink on the tongue of the runner covering part of the logo, one of the runners was filled with paper and the other wasnt and were just dirty in general. Its like someone got them before I did. Was in touch with customer service and havent gotten a reply.

I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. I have ordered 2 pairs of trainers from this terrible company. The first time they sent me the wrong shoes. An honest mistake that does happen from time to time. They did refuse to send me the pair I originally ordered until they had received the pair that was sent in error, by which time the pair I wanted had sold out. The second time I ordered from them they sent me a pair that had been severely damaged and had marks all over them. The shoes had obviously not been checked before they were sent to me.I have returned using their returns system, only for the courier company to lose my package. I now have to chase the courier company to get my money back, even though footpatrol organized the return. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give no stars I would, quite happily take my order then wait almost a week to tell me the item I ordered is out of stock and that I'll be refunded within 5 days- how does a business run without keeping track of its stock? Thanks to them I missed out on buying the product elsewhere for a lower price, unacceptable to run a business like this and I will never consider ordering from here again

Awful Service, bad customer service when emailing them, shoe took a long time to come compared to other retailers online. when my shoe arrived it wasn't a cheap shoe to buy and the box was all damaged with rips and tears all over it and collapsing, not impressed at all, i very highly doubt i will be using foot patrol services again!!

Don't order online from them. For a store that charges top end rates the service is poor. £244.99 for a pair of zoomfly next% and they didn't even print my address correctly so the shoes were delayed through DPD. Then when the shoes came they were missing the bag that Nike give you inside the box and the shoes looked like someone had worn them on a run already, with slight scuffs and marks. Avoid!

A terrible experience time after time with Footpatrol. They are pretty useless and don’t really care. I bought two items that were hard to get hold of, 14 days later they told me they’re out of stock, so now the other stockists are all out. This is now the 3rd time they have not honoured an order. Be very careful with them, they’re really the same as their parent company JD sports; so what did I really expect !!!!!! Foolish me !!!!!!

I just ordered the Nike Gatorade PG4s online. I did panic a little when I saw that they use DPD. I was positively surprised tho that DPD actually delivered the shoes earlier and have learnt to make use of the doorbell. Thankfully, no trip this time to the dodgy hole-in-the-wall shop adjacent to the red light district. The shoes are in pristine condition, love them. I'd give them 5 stars, however there was no return label nor invoice in the box.

I have not received my trainers after 10 days. I have been in JD Sports to find out why its taking so long. Once I left the store I received an email saying that my order has been cancelled. I returned again in JD and they said they haven't got my number. So why charged me and after 10 days say that haven't got my number. Now I have to wait 5 days for my Money Back. Its a disgrace. I bought 5 pairs of shoes from SCHUH and it arrived 2 days later. Will never buy with Foot Patrol again.

Very nice store with extremely helpful staff. There was a wide range of cool shoes to pick from there you don't see in every other shoe store which I liked. Also with it being out of the way of the main Street you don't find it getting too crowded which allows for a more personal experience with the staff which I really enjoyed

Don't Even bother ordering from here. Their customer service department is terrible. They will refuse you a refund if a parcel goes missing. You have to hold for 30 minutes before you get through to anyone, you will then be told you have to wait 24 hrs for a reply from them which will end up being a month+ Also have to call about 10 times to get anywhere with them. Absolutely AWFUL customer service i have never been so disappointed in a customer service department.

Scam. Do not buy. I made an order and the funds were debited from my account, six days later I received an email that the order has been cancelled as either the funds were not able to be processed or my address was incorrect. The funds were already debited from my account six days earlier and the address was correct. I tried contacting them by phone but after ten minutes of waiting on the phone, it hung up. Be careful.

I bought some limited edition shoes online for them to be oversold. No contact, just an email to say I won't be receiving them. Now I have been waiting over a week for my refund. They have refunded the £4.99 delivery charge but no refund for the shoes. I called customer service, which I was hung up on twice, laughed at and put on hold for over 25 minutes, to then have the phone put down on me. I have emailed and I had no response. I still have no idea when I will get my refund.. Awful service, recommend to anyone buying to do so with caution.

One of, if not the best footwear store I frequently shop at. Been going here for many years and have met a lot of friendly staff. The shop itself is somewhat of an on-going artwork piece and they always come up with different display concepts for certain footwear releases. The shop may be small compared to the major stores on the high streets but this store stocks some of the more limited releases that other stores may not. It is a very small shop and even though many of the sneakers available is unisex, sometimes sizes for women isn't available, but the staff will lead you to the right direction to find one in your size or recommend other options. Highly recommended for those sneaker connoisseurs.
