Ordered next day delivery, near enough a weeks gone past and still no trainers. When I called I was told Hermes needs to do a sweep of the warehouse which to mean it sounds lost. Then said I need to wait a further 3-5 days too see what's going on. I asked what that exaclte means and he just said we will either issue a refund or send out replacement. So all in all this process could take near enough 2 weeks and I may have to get a refund anyway. Joke

I’m a sneakerhead from the NYC area who exclusively cops Nikes. I came to London on the prowl for some highbrow UK exclusives. Being that I have the best access to sneakers possibly worldwide, it’s rare to find a collection outside of NYCs amazing aftermarkets (aside from the vast USA online market) that brings me pause, but I have to say in my hunt via the Greater London area, this was the first shop that I found a pair I actually tried to cop. Alas, they didn’t have my size, but the fact that it was an almost, and that someone curated a pretty nice collection, had my attention.

I ordered a pair of trainers last night, I received the order confirmation email and all was good until I rang up this morning to find out my order had been randomly cancelled? I have only give two stars because the girl I spoke to on the phone was helpful. Other than that, I won’t be using this company again. EDIT : Just managed to order these same shoes and they send me the wrong size???????? I then order them again and then they send me the wrong size AGAIN. DO NOT ORDER OF THIS WEBSITE

Ordered a pair of Nike air force 1 off white had confirmation emails of order and text then nothing was updated for 3 days i call up and apparently the order is cancelled due to 'stock level'. They dont let me know without me calling for updates. No compensation offered for the time wasting caused and obviously was happy i got the limited pair. The site is awful as it is crashes constantly and the app is almost always broken. The site lives up to its review ratings, wouldn't bother go to better more professional stores for your sneakers.

ordered online vapourmax 97 silver bullet trainers were all out of stock only my size came back in stock bit worried after I'd ordered and read reviews got two emails through with no tracking number didn't know if they would turn up bought the 3-5 days delivery and boom here they was being delivered at my doorstep very happy very satisfied trainers look great thank u foot patrol would use again

Ordered a present for my partner yesterday for our holiday on next day delivery. Order processed tracking received from DPD last night. Waited all day no packaged. Called DPD they said Footpatrol haven’t sent them the package. Called foot patrol spoke to a lady who said she couldn’t find my order then hung up on me. Called back spoke to a guy who said he can’t discuss my order with me I need to call another number. The other number was jd sports security team, it took two hours to get through to them. After verify all of my information and giving them personal information I was told the order was cancelled but they had to give it to DPD (as they haven’t already) to bring it back in order for me to get the refund. I said I didn’t want a refund I want the trainers he said I’d need to order them again. When questioning why they couldn’t process the refund seeing as DPD don’t have the package yet, he wouldn’t explain it then began to talk over me and when I asked him for his name to complain I was rudely hung up on. Will never order from these people terrible customer service.

Quite a small store with a rather small selection of shoes but some very nice ones!
Prices always seem to be fairly responses, usually some good sale items.
Just a shame that their online stock dwarfs their brick and mortar version as I’ve typically found they don’t have full size runs or sometimes the only shoe out if the only size they have.
Staff are super friendly though, very helpful when wanting tot try shoes on or just asking general questions.

A great place to pick up the latest drops and a bit off the beaten path so often a good place to find stock that may have gone more quickly elsewhere.
It's well known to all serious sneaker heads so don't expect to find the most anticipated drops of the year without a queue or anything but a good place to find some good quality kicks.

I emailed the staff three times ( 3 different staff)to question about the free click & collect service on the checkout page and they didn't clearly have a clue about the problem. Unfortunately the website keeps crashing recently and their service/ response is rather slow, resonating their email reply quickness.

2 stars as ordered a pair of trainers got a confirmation email and 2 messages to say they have been picked and packaged and on the way with payment taken to receive an email the next evening saying they had to cancel my order! Would have gave one start although the next morning I woke to another text apologising and saying I have been refunded.
The traniers where very sought after but still shouldn't happen if they don't have the stock etc!

Ordered the Carhartt 95s on Thursday morning, arrived Saturday morning, Correct size. with the super saver delivery. Cant fault them. I ordered them then saw the reviews and thought "here we go", but went without a hitch. The problem with review culture is that the people who have good experience tend to move on with there lives and never drop reviews. where as the ones who have bad experiences are the loud minority. Big up Footpatrol.

Love this place! They have exclusive trainers and super knowledgeable on their stock and what stock is coming in and what has been out. They're very friendly and helpful. Pop in, even if it's just to admire the shoes!

Website is absolutely trash on a high heat drop and don’t even bother trying to ring them as you get some pre recorded sh*t saying it can’t connect. What’s he actual point of having a phone number if you can never get through. God only knows how they’re still in business. Othter than all that’s fantastic !

Their online customer service is very unprofessional. I have emailed them on Monday and I have not received an answer yet. The item I have purchased was returned to them more than 1 week and half ago and have not been given my money back and have not received any updates from them.

Utterly Appalling Service Buyer Beware!!
My own fault really, despite reading the reviews I chose to place an order with Foot patrol as I couldn't get my item elsewhere. I thought be pro active and send along an email with your order number highlighting my concern and as this was my first time please could they make this a pleasurable experience. I got no reply to this email but did get an automated one saying we dispatch pretty quickly and will notify once your goods are on there way, which was two day ago and despite sending another email chasing for updates on the status of my order no reply from Foot Patrol was forthcoming hence I'm now posting here in the hope someone representing the company will read this and reply.
My belief is that a happy customer let alone a repeat one should be considered the lifeblood for any company, but the lax attitude of Foot patrol customer service team is making me seriously concerned as to whether they actually have interest in keeping there customers.
I'll be posting again shortly if I don't hear back, it's every customer's obligation to highlight bad service and stop this happening.

Ordered a pair of shoes and money was taken from my account. Did not hear anything for over a week. Called the customer service and they hung up on me when I was attempting to give my order number. Emailed them and they told me my order had been cancelled but no one had bothered to contact me at any point. I’m assuming nothing would have happened if I didn’t chase them. Garbage service and support. Won’t ever shop with them again.

Pathetic online service.
I ordered a pair of shoes which I decided to send back from a smaller size and used their free Doddle returns service. The shoes were delivered back to the store but no refund was given. Foot Patrol claimed they did not receive but Doddle claim they were delivered and had tracking for this. I tried disputing this through email with Foot Patrol but found this extremely frustrating as it took them forever to reply, sometimes upto a week, seriously don't bother. I ended up calling them (took 20 minutes to get through) according to the advisor the tracking information Doddle had given me was false and no trainers had been received.. He then told me he will get it sorted and took my contact details but it felt like he just wanted to get me off the phone.
Another 2 weeks has gone by but still have not heard back from Foot Patrol and have ignored all my emails, these people seriously do not give a s***! Doddle on the other hand are quite good and are trying hard to resolve but are also having trouble getting a response out of them aswell.
I have now been trying to get a refund for 3 months..
Just looking at some of the other reviews and it now seems clear that these guys will happily rip you off! Shocking company.

I'm not exactly what you'd call a sneakerhead but a friend recommended this place as somewhere to get unusual/rarer shoes and I'm glad I followed through. Quite a small but cool space with a great selection of trainers you wont find anywhere else. The staff were all pretty friendly and it definitely isn't as intimidating as I thought it might be, even for a casual guy with just a passing interest in sneakers.

I had to email before I got told they could not send the shoes and these were a present.
Do not use Footpatrol as they are very unreliable and I know this happens a lot
Use more reliable companies such as nike lab and End
