Very cool store! Two floors of shoes and clothes.
Located in the heart of London in Carnaby street.
Very large selection of shoes.
Many brands of shoes, like: Adidas, Nike, Puma, Converse, Reebok, New balance
The shoes very special and unique.
The service was nice and kind but quite slow.
I recommend to arrive there around opening time because it’s a very busy place.

Nice selection of the shoes and system operating in the store. However, it's the worst customer service! I'm one of your frequent customers and I feel really bad everytime i visit the store. Some staff are helpful but most of them are rude and give different information causing misunderstanding, especially the ones who work at the till. They are always rude and DON'T HAVE SERVICE MIND AT ALL.

Ordered trainers off these company on 21/20, they took the money the same day, and one week and a half there’s nothing!!! I’ve call three times and they don’t even know where they are and no idea of estimated delivery day and just keep telling me I should wait a couple of days more to see if they arrive (pretty useless customer service). AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

I saw their ad on my facebook for these nice Adidas, I bought them along with a cap and a pair of sunglasses to get free delivery (that still cost £1). An hour before delivery, they sent a notification saying that the shoes werent in stock anymore and refunded them. But why so late? Not giving you the choice to change the model or the colour. Just nonesense. Then it got even worse. Parcel came, badly wrapped and broken with an item missing !!! Can you believe that ?! So I refused the parcel. Customer service was as bad as everything else, eluding the problem, slow response, not even offering free delivery or 5% off next order! Just a disgrace from A to Z! This company is going DOWN! Shame on you

Great trainer shop. I was lucky enough to have a really helpful staff member who got me exactly what I asked for and did it in a timely manner. That being said the rest of them seemed like they wanted to be elsewhere, hanging out and being cool. Loads of actual dimwits seem to work here. There seems to be a lack of real leadership. Last time there there was an Amercan customer who was arguing the toss about a refund and not wanting to pay tax as he was an Amercan just visit here. He argued for ages as the queue only got larger. The manager was behind me yet did not try and interject and take control of the situation. In the end I had to ask if we were ever going to get served. Then and only then did the manager do anything. They do trainers that I like and that's the reason they have been given 4 stars.

My wife and I visited the store on the 31st of December and an Asian couple were very rude to one of the staff in the store. Christmas and the new year can be stressful working in retail which is understandable but it does not give customers the chance to to rude and disrespectful to the staff in the store; in which they would call for mangers. To the staff, work hard and do your best.

I’ve been visiting Size Carnaby the last 5 times I’ve been to London. Why I can’t really say, because the customer service in this shop is nonexistent. Rude staff, not showing interest in the customers and answering questions in an arrogant and rude way. The cashier was helpful and smiling though
I’ve used their brilliant web shop multiple times! But I’ll be going in a big circle around the store from now on.

NEVER BUY FROM SIZE
if you value your money and your time, never buy from size. not online and not in store, they will make it an absolute nightmare if you try to return anything, their lack of customer service skills is shocking.
they sent me the wrong item and have still never refunded me my money.. GO ELSEWHERE!

Alot of bad reviews on here and I'm not sure why look at like this; you've gone to a super cool shoe and clothing store were super cool, nonchalant, young, under paid but very cool adults work and expect a world class service. Your not going to get that here for the reasons pointed above. You should, but you won't. It's part of the scene, it's part of the experience! You wanna be cool? Look cool? This is what you get. Otherwise go to Harrods ????????♂️

I’ll be honest, I’m just an American who visited the store. However, I’m a diehard sneaker head, and I had hopes that this place would give me Flight Club vibes from my NYC stomping grounds. They had maybe one or two limitedish runs, but certainly nothing I couldn’t easily cop back home for a regular price. Mainly I came here looking for special UK only exclusives and they simply did not have anything that was a MUST, which I felt was weird as it seems to be their main hype? It’s also pretty interesting that the only clothing brands carried here are USA strikes. If you can’t come shop for kicks in NYC, eBay could definitely do you better then this place as far as exclusives, as anyone with the Sneakers app could grab what they had available.

Great shop with a wide selection of shoes and clothing items.
Staff were really helpful in finding what I wanted and I thought this was very good as the shop was quite busy.
The layout of the shop is done well however can get a little cramped if there are a lot of people in there but I've found this never really happens and there's normally a comfortable amount of room.
Will definitely be shopping here again for my shoes and clothing needs!

So I went in to return trainers that were not my size, I was told there was no more of that trainer in stock, I was immediately advised on ordering online and have the new size delivered next day to my home. This service was only £1!!!! So happy trainers came next day.

The staff at this shop are terrible, took one of them 30mins to bring out my size, because he was just talking with some friends that had come to see him. Very unprofessional. In my second visit, I was looking for some shoes I had already tried on at this shop, and the girl working there said the smallest size was the 39. I then had to suggest it may be a good idea if she looked at the women’s sizes...?

Poor customer service/stock handling. Kept telling me they had my size in a shoe I wanted but it never arrived. I asked for other sizes and they continued giving me the runaround (pun not intended). Left after 20 minutes of waiting. I found the same pair for half the price elsewhere, anyway.

Above Size? in Carnaby Street there is a very special Converse Store where you can design your own chucks! Pick your style of shoe, choose your art, hardware and laces in store - you can even worth with someone in store to design your own artwork. Getting your Cons inked will cost you £10 for one side ("a side" constitutes the bit where your ankle is), £15 for two sides, or £25 for an all over print. You can punk up your shoes with some studs for 50p (pack of 4) and they have an impressive stock of laces to choose from at £5 a pair. If you are a chuck fan, or know one, and are inspired by the idea of making a unique and personal artistic creation for your tootsies this experience is a must!

Appalling customer service. I collected my order from a JD Store and asked on collection if I could take the box. The assistant said no, don't worry you can bring it back in store. So I did and was told no. I contacted the customer service team to see what I could do, quoting my order number, they said I could take my order back to a Size? store and they'll be able to receive it. So I did. On trying to return it, I was told it was now outside the expiry window and there was nothing they could do as they would get told off by HQ. After raising this sequence of events and series of misinformation from Size? that had led me to missing the return date, I was told there was nothing they could do. Now, I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit. Really quite terrible customer service, and won't shop at Size? again.

Of course I would assume that if there's women's clothes online there should also be women's clothes in store. But nope. If you don't have them in store, then tell us on the website. But nope. When the sign said 'clothing downstairs' but there's only men's clothes, then you should make it clear. But nope. When I wandering confusedly in men's clothes, you should ask me. But nope. Well then at least when I asked you if there's women's clothes, you should say 'sorry' when you talk to me. I don't need an apology, just a good attitude. But nope. Maybe I should thank God there's other good stores around, or I would be coming here for nothing. I guess you all think streetwear isn't for women, right? We can only try them in our home, right?

A great trainer store on Carnaby street with a super range of top name brands. I'm a big Nike fan and whilst they don't have everything the Nike store has, they do a pretty good job. They are usually playing great music and there's plenty of spaces to stop and try on a few pairs of your dream shoes.
