Great range of shoe, but its a very busy place and a lot of mainstream shoes. but still a good place and good prices there. i think in london youll find about 3 or 4 shops. Just chat with staff they are really friendly but most time very busy.

Staff could possibly be a bit more attentive when serving, guy helping me out was polite enough but would jump back to chatting with his friend after bringing out my shoes, i would then have to interrupt him to ask for a different size.

I am always pleasantly surprised at the prices in this shop. They seem to constantly have a good sale on and you can buy some very fun cool trainers at around £30 - £40 pounds. You get a lot of fun collabrorations such as Ransom by Adidas and many famous others. It gets very busy on a saturday so be prepared to wait 10 or so minutes to get served on a Saturday at peak times.

The people in this shop are lovely but be warned THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT OF THE STORE. Size? has NO PHONE NUMBER or chat and an email they only promise to reply to after two days. They have a twitter account which appears to be run by one guy who is severely overworked and is SO SLOW. I ordered shoes online three days ago and after no news of them I had to spend four hours on twitter trying to cancel my order and now I still don't even know when my shoes (that I don't want) will arrive. If bad customer service drives you as crazy as it does me ONLY BUY IN STORE NEVER ONLINE.

A store which in the past year has really come into good form with a very well considered redesign.
Extending the total floor space by a good 25 - 30 square metres allows for a sneakerfreak to tend to their every need.
The Basement isn't bad either, showing off clothing from Nike, adidas, The North Face, Patagonia and an extended section solely for Carhartt

The worst company i have ever used online. When there are problems which is more than likely, there is no direct customer service line.
Had many problems with them.
Bring first in the queue at the birmingham store on a release day to be told they have no size 11s in the trainers i wanted.
Ordering trainers to be told they are out of stock online.
Then ordering a bag and them denying responsibility when it doesn't arrive.
Awfull i have said many a time i will not be using them again.
People should go elsewhere if there are trainers being released on other sites. As there is a better chance of getting your order.

Please dont go this shop. They said they ran out of tax return form and asked us going to another one, which is in covent garden and (guess what) there is no tax return form either! That sale person in canbury is extremely rude and absolutly no respect to customer. If you really need to buy shoes, go somewhere else.

In london its often hard to find shops that stock clothes that fit my style. In size i found exactly that, they had a large range of t-shirts, trainers and hats. What i found particularlly good about this store is the wide range of unqiue products, not the standard brands such as nike or adidas. i would recommend this store to anyone looking for a fresh new style in london.

Avoid them ! I got shoes with a factory defect. I sent them back. Shop promised me to make a refund of the shoes and return shipment. Then they claims that they don't get the package, despite the tracking , signature of person who picked it up etc. I had to submit a chargeback request in bank.
