Bought a pair of shoes today from helpful, friendly and informative staff. I’ll update in six months but so far these shoes are so comfortable. My toes are as happy as they are when I’m not wearing any shoes.

Great shoes, poor soles.
I had Scott 2.0 and I really liked the shoe. Sadly after one(!) season, the sole has worn out. I expected more from shoes at that price. This has never happened in other shoes I owned.
The shoe itself was great to wear.

Just bought 2 pairs at Vivo's store! Marco was super helpful -- he has a true passion for the brand's purpose. Really enjoyed chatting with him and hearing about his own journey to minimalist shoes. Other staff were also very supportive. When you are in Seven Dials next, I recommend stopping by Vivo's store to get a feel for these amazing shoes.

utmost consultation before buying my shoes. The staff members explained everything from scratch and have excellent knowledge of what they sell and of feet.
you cannot get that with online shopping.
We need more proper shoeshops like these,
Imagine if the only food available to eat was mcdonalds and cereals.
The main shoe industry is is cereals & narrow toebox shoes like high heels are stale cheeseburgers.
Please everyone learn more about your feet and start adopt the barefoot style and hopefully we can start to eradicate mcdonalds shoes from the market.

As a family we have bought 11 pares of Vivo so far. The information that they provide at the store and the customer service is superb. Highly recommend doing the treadmill and going through the process. Personally, I like off road options. The leather shoes are amazing as well. Our kids wear them as well. Completely different philosophy on shoes.

This is a review for Peter Ford for the amazing work he does in the training and rehabilitation zone at the Vivobarefoot shop. I bought my first pair of Vivos specifically to help with lower back and feet issues so decided to have an intro gait analysis and training session with Peter. I lucked out. Peter is full of helpful tips and techniques for returning to natural, flexible and strong ways of standing and moving, and a pretty mean bodyworker besides (in the best possible way). Treatments with him were some of the most effective I've ever had to loosen off trigger points throughout the back and legs. Their shoes are pretty good too.

Such great shoes changed my life. Been suffering with lower back pain due to a misalignment in my hips, my last pair were stolen so I was without for months. Bought a new pair online but they were too small I called the shop to see if I could exchange which they said they would. Such knowledgeable friendly and kind staff. I going to be a life long customer. They went out of their way to help me ♥

Staff were very attentive and thoughtful.
I think I got the benefit of being a customer during lockdown, as I was the only person in the store, however the communication from all staff in the shop was great and social distancing was enacted where it was appropriate.
All staff were invested in the product and willing to talk and explain their own experiences.
Will definitely be going back.

I was having issues with stability running shoes due to the high cushion. I decided to run more barefoot so I went to this store and had a super great experience. Due to covid-19 everyone had masks on and felt safe.
The staff member Marco was really helpful, he examined my feet and gave me various shoe models to try. He gave me excellent advise on how to adjust to the shoes and even figured out my correct shoe size with a few tests. Super knowledgeable staff members.
I recommend going into the store to get your feet checked as I thought I was 9.5 to 10 but ended going with size 11 and felt comfortable. Overall happy with the service and look foreword to doing some runs once I adjust to the vivo lite recycled.

Nice shop with variety of different models and friendly staff. But be careful with choosing the right model for you. I didn’t pick the right ones for me and then these shoes gave me the hard time.
I bought a black leather model despite the fact that the right shoe was hurting my big toe a little. Salesman told me it will be fine. For two weeks it was horrible walking in them and i had blisters. After it stopped and these are the best shoes i had. But suddenly this summer (after 1year) the shoes started to hurt my feet again! I feel confused. I still believe that barefoot shoes are the best for your health, but next time I would buy a different model. Not the leather ones. My boyfriend bought a blue fabric model and never had any problems with them( and he is wearing them all the time).

Got my first pair during the Pandemic. I had heard about them from Dr Rangan Chatterjee, and decided to try. The fit is perfect, lots of rocky ground to cover in my backyard and I feel it gives me a really good idea of what is under my feet for keeping balance. Of course they are awesome inside too. We were at the store on 16th August 2020, around 12noon.
Just wanted to drop a line to say how happy both my friend and I are, with our first three Vivos (two of mine, and one of hers).
But more than that, our experience , first time checking out the store in Covent Garden was a joy.
Both Karim (whose name is on the receipt) and his colleague, who i don't know the name of - were friendly, and at the same time, professional. They both appear to know a lot about the product, the history of Vivo etc.
And they were both patient and informative answering my and my friend's questions.
Thank you. We will be back, for sure.

I payed £160 for some boots. The laces broke within 3months on some off road boots! So sent them back within the 100day trial. Followed all procedures and then they go missing in the post. So lost all my money nice one.

I work not too far from covent garden, so decided I would chance whether opening times online were correct since it seems really hit or miss with a lot of stores these days after lockdown easing but yes it was open. I have always enjoyed their products and the staff were very friendly and helpful there. So if you are in the market for some new barefoot shoes and prefer to go in store, their Covent garden store is most definitely still open for business.

Went to this shop last night with a friend so he could buy a second pair and I was so impressed by how inviting and friendly the staff are!
After browsing for a short while I was engaged by an assistant who was not pushing a sale but instead opening a conversation about the ways we walk and how footwear can be both great for you and sometimes not so much (we've all walked around all day in shoes that kill us.)
I didn't feel so much like I was in a shop, it felt more like a social gathering, everyone in this little, busy shop was chatting and engaging with one another which generated a positive, energetic and enlightening experience.
Safe to say I bought a pair and a coffee table book and left feeling satisfied!
If you're ever in the area and just want to experience something different I recommend popping in, keep an open mind and you won't be disappointed!

My practicioner had recommended me to Barefoot Shoes,Neal Street. I entered the shop very apprehensive. That didn't last for too long. I met a young lady, Tania and Kamil, manager of the shop.Both were very patient with me and answered all my questions. I felt very good afterwards.
Shoes take a bit of getting used to. My advice make sure you have a cork insole in either one. Just a small extra charge.

Great customer service! Very helpful staff, especially Jakub, went above and beyond to help me find the right product and size for my hiking trips and gave me some useful tips. Ended up with Primus Trail SG and so far they seem perfect! Very lightweight and comfortable shoe that gives you solid grip on trail and is comfortable on rocky terrain. Could not ask for better, highly recommended:)

Great service at vivobarefoot! I came here on Saturday and walked away with 3 pairs of shoes, unfortunately needed to return a pair today and the guys in the store went above and beyond. I went for a hiking trip and I have decided to purchase my first barefoot shoes. Oh god, I couldn´t do better! I was absolutely amazed how great they fit on feet and are very comforable to wear on any kind of surface. They are light and easy to use, will take some time to your feet to shape the right position but honestly giving your feet enough room is definitely woth it and you will not regret to invest in well made high quality shoes. Definitely going back to get more!! Thanks a lot!

Super friendly staff and excellent shoes, but the store is always out of stock. I went there three times and they were always short of something I needed (first shoes, then insoles, and then double sided tape). Ended up buying everything online.
After a few months of expertise there's one flaw worth mentioning: the insoles don't stay in place - ask for double sided tapes when you buy them.

I was looking for really wide and comfortable shoes for many years. Visited the shop on my friend's recommendation a couple days ago.
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised.
Wide range of shoes, reasonalbe price and they even had my size. The shop was pretty busy but the staff was still attentive. Was being served by a guy called Jacob. A lovely, chatty and helpful young man who seems to know the product damn well. Would recommend to all who needs wide and comfortable shoes like I do.

I went to the store looking to buy a new pair of shoes (I had worn out my old Vivos) and the ones I wanted weren't in my size. BUT thanks to Marko, who directed me to a pair of shoes that didn't seem appealing on display, I found an even more comfortable and beautiful pair of boots. You guys are great! I went there many times before making the decision to buy one of their vegan shoes. Every time I was well looked after, mainly by Agnieszka and Camil.
The shop is great to try the shoes however it would be nice I think to have a sort of different type or ground to see how the shoes feel on different ground, like in trek shops. I just bought the shoe yesterday so I will update on my experience another time. But I was happy with the service.

They make nice looking & feeling shoes but DO NOT buy them if you want them to last. My soles wore through after 7 months and because they only replace them up to the 6 month mark, I've now got perfectly good uppers and useless soles. What an expensive waste.

The shoes are amazing but people who work in the store were unhelpful and rude. I was waiting in a line for a while and being ignored and when I asked if there is anyone who could help me I was told to be patient quite a rude manner. I am still waiting and being patient and just wish the staff was a bit more polite.

These are top of the range shoes for yogis! So much room to spread your feet, a world away from the cramped footwear of all other brands - foot health is vital we only get one pair for a lifetime. Have been into the shop a few times now and the staff are so helpful. The assistant manager was very helpful on the 11th May with an issue I had changing shoes I had bought on line and wanted to change them in store. I tried on numerous pairs of shoes and finally bought another pair too. Great Sales people in the shop. The shop is always crowded when I go there which is also good.

No customer service. Sales staff were just stood around and aren't bothered about approaching customers. Three of them were just stood around target than finding out of any of the customers, including myself, needed any help. One staff member was actually now interested in checking himself out in the mirror by the door. I think they just expect the shoes to sell themselves. I'd rather have spent time using the online store!
