If you want be ignored by the staff then this is the place for you. Dismissive, disinterested and disinclined to offer assistance must be the key training tips in the staff training manual. No product in stock when I finally was “served” by blasé staff member. Don’t waste your time, order online. For a “concept” store it is a pathetic concept.

Great for the trails, and also a good option to wear around camp as it weighs even less than most sandals.

Best shoes ever!!!
At first you feel very exposed using these shoes but after you teach yourself how to walk properly it is so much better.
The people in the store are always helpful an know what they are doing.

I love the shoes. I am about to buy my fifth pair of them, I've got my wife onto them and happily tell friends how good they are.
But.
The shop never has decent stock levels. I've gone in three times as I want to try on new styles before buying and they invariably don't have my size in at least one option I'm interested in.
In addition, the shop's Internet is poor so they can't even look up what online stock they have. Honestly, they went to look it up and their music stopped streaming.
The staff are reasonably helpful but don't seem at all apologetic about the issues they have in store.
It's an embarrassment for a quality shoe shop to have such a poor shop.

Went in to look at the new vivo collection and both staff was very helpful and patient. They both built rapport with me very efficiently.
In conclusion I bought a pair of swim run collection and loving them so far. I recommend going to the store in Covent garden.

I have not actually been to the store but have made several phone calls and ordered over the phone. The staff have been VERY helpful and patient with me and my many questions! As a result I have bought so many pairs of shoes for my whole family over the phone as items have been out of stock online. I look forward to visiting the store some day when I visit London but until then it’ll be phone calls! Therefore, I highly recommend the store and the shoes. In my experience they’ve been fantastic.

Service was excellent, really good recommendations from the lady who works there despite how busy it was, she is very passionate about the products which shows.

I would like to go try some shoes at this store, as I think they would be perfect for my gait issue. But no one answered the phone, so I can't confirm this store is open or still in business. Judging from these comments, you need to hire a nice senior citizen, who retired from the shoe business and needs a part-time job, to give your upscale clientele some loving attention. The market for these shoes is there. But you can't staff a new product with hipsters alone. Anyway, get back with me and let me know when I should come in, preferably on a weekend. I'll be there.

Just bought my second pair of vivobarefoot shoes and very satisfied with the primus lite II. Also, Camil was very helpful in providing assistance and insight. Would recommend for those interested in trying out this type of footware. Just be aware that less sizes are available in stock right after the holidays.

This will be my fourth pair of Vivo's - they are that comfortable, and the quality is top notch. The leather on the Tracker's I bought today is beautiful - and they look like they should last a good few mountains...

I bought my first pair of Vivobarefoot from their website, but when I visited the shop I was delighted to find kind and competent staff. Even though I usually prefer to buy online, I will definitely come back here in the future.
Vivobarefoot shoes are a truly liberating experience. Being able to walk in the most authentic way possible not only made it easier, but it improved my posture. I always wear them whenever I'm visiting a new place and I know that I'll need to stand for a long time.

Friendly staff, nice little store. I just wish they had better stock. Everything I wanted to buy was sold out in my size. Also, I couldn't spend the points I had built up in the Vivibarefoot online store, which meant I ended up not buying anything, but ordering online. Would be good to have that option.

What an amazing service we recieved from James! First time we went to your store he welcomed us immediately, he was super friendly and attentive, he had a chat with us about what we do for job and helped us to choose the best option for my husband as we didn't know where to start. He assisted us with choosing the right size. He took his time to answer our questions, with great manners and good humour! Few months later we were back to store to get my pair of vivo shoes. He staright away recognised us and helped to choose the right shoes for me, advising even on colour! Fantastic costumer service, personal approach. You don't get to see that very often! Thank you

I went back the other day to get some more so I can wear them to work as well and the shop staff were very informative. Vivobarefoot are some of the best shoes I have ever owned, unfortunately everything else about this business is terrible.
They have no respect for their customers. If you want a pair of shoes you better order them the minute they are released otherwise they sell out. The quality control is bad as no two shoes feel the same. They’re not cheap either at a price range of £120-220 a pair. The customer service in the shop is... meh.. You always feel rushed and as if you are inconveniencing them for being there. You can’t return shoes or use discount vouchers in the shop either ????????♂️ They act as if a separate entity to the online side.
Overall, if you’re lucky enough to find one of their good styles in your size then treasure them with your life! as getting a replacement is a lot of hassle and luck.

Excellent shop, friendly staff, and they have running coaches around helping with posture and stride and such.
With regards to the products, I've got their Primus FG and love them. I'd say I'm still getting used to walking in them (especially if I'm rushing), in that they require a certain stride if you don't want to hurt your heels. But I've been running quite happily in them, and going on the occasional hike as well, and they're very comfortable, and light. Not waterproof though, so, like with everything, know what you're buying them for.
