Spotless, busy but well staffed, sale on and I thought the prices were great. I am unfamiliar with the brand though know their reputation and in that regard prices were great. Tia (cashier U23309) deserves a mention, very nice young lady, genuine, helpful but not pressing. She would persuade you to buy without you feeling you've been persuaded. If I don't get back to the branch - we were visiting London but I hope I do - assuming the shoes live up to expectations and my partner's satisfaction having had several pairs, they'll have my custom from now on.
I also tried on fully open sandals, also in the sale. I coulsnt afford 2 pairs of shoes. In both cases, but even more noticeably the sandals, I felt like Neil Armstrong looked in the 1969 moon landing, jumping about. The comfort was extraordinary.
Going by my partner's feedback and based on her thought of her several pairs, the business model hasn't changed. Based on my brief experience so far, I hope it doesn't.
Visit and float like Neil. That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind. And say hi to Tia

The lady who assisted me was extremely helpful and really nice. I made her bring out a thousand pairs and she was so nice about it. There are many shoes to choose from and they look nice. Only problem is that I didn't find any shoes but I guess that depends on the person

Conveniently located heart of Covent gardens, near tube. Great selection of Sketchers footwear, clean nicely laid out shop. Friendly staff. Store often has good promotions and is open all hours. Highly recommend

Are you walking the streets of London for days and your feet dying on you?! This place saved me!!
It became quite clear to me after a few days in London that my old sneakers by different brand, were no match for these streets.
With feet hurting and exhausted I came in here and was impressed by how many styles and colors of comfortable shoes they had.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, and not hovering or pushy in any way.
I chose pink sneakers with memory foam and boy have I been thankful for this choice. I’ve never owned Skechers befote but I’m sure I will after this experience. They were not particularly cheap, but they are of great quality. My feet never knew such comfort!

Nicely located in the middle of Covent Garden.
Good selection of goods, always busy.
It is a decent sized shop. Fully of travellers and tourists.
Ladies, mens and children's footwear are catered for. For anyone looking, children's footwear can be found to the rear of the shop on the right. I found the staff really helpful and friendly, even during the busiest periods.

A wonderful array of footwear to meet all tastes. Beachwear, casual, trainers for males and females. They do half sizes making it easier to get the right fit. Friendly, helpful staff.

Asked to look at a pair of trainers. 5 mins later told they didn't have them in my size. So asked for a different pair. Young lady serving us walked off, I thought to get them, but no, went to work on till. Sat for a further 5 minutes no member of staff asked if I needed help, no one came with the pair I'd asked to try on. I wouldn't mind but they weren't exactly busy, 2 members of staff stood around waiting for other customers. Not the sort of experience you get in other Covent Garden stores. Not that they will be bothered but we were trying to purchase 2 pairs for myself and one for my partner. ????

It's the first time I've come to this store. I always thought it was for the older generation. Least to say I purchased a pair of trainers. The staff were helpful, but not overly intrusive. oh and the trainers are so comfortable, and look great.

Located very near to the covent garden metro station. Its busy almost all the time. Have got a great variety of footwear even for kids. Staff is very friendly and the service is also quite fast when comparing to the amount of customers inside the shop.

Went in and tried on a few pairs of shoes, went in line to check out and all of the employees were really unfriendly. I had 3 people go in front of me and 3 sales reps completely ignore me. Someone who we thought was going to check us out ended up just writing her commision code on the box and walked away. When I told the manager if someone could help us we've been waiting around ignored he pretended to unlock the computer and hold our box a few times. We just walked away and all you could hear him say to his other employees is "can you please open the door to let them out". Really upsetting because I genuienly wanted those sneakers but their customer service left a bitter taste in my mouth. I was happy to wait but 15 mins in what wasn't even an a full store was just negligence.
