My favorite shoe store in London. I bought a pair of diadora tennis shoes that I were when I was 13... i have tried so hard to find a pair everywhere but size? Had them. I also bought a limited edition of Jordan retro 6s here. I always enjoy shopping here for sneakers.
There are other sneakers shops in London but none comes close to size? In terms of carrying limited and retro shoes.

From an online store to a brick and mortar location. Modern times are weird! What's not weird is this store for sure!! A giant selection in fresh kicks and fresh clothes for all types of styles. If you can't find some fresh kicks here, that you won't find them anywhere else. The store is quite busy because of its location, so the wait to try on a pair of shoes can be a bit longer than usual.

This shop was awesome had a good range of brands and nice layout. Shoes were on the top floor and clothes on the bottom. The clothes and shoes were nice with a few limited shoes in stock.

Really nice store location, lots of really interesting shops near by.
The store itself is very nicely laid out, pretty nice selection of shoes for men but the women’s section seems pretty lacking, staff are friendly and usually healthily busy but not too much that’s it’s hell.
Nothing particularly special about it - if you’re in the market for reasonably prices shoes give this a look !

1star because...
Some are a bit pricey, and for this simple reason you'd think the service would be on point.
Staff look disinterested and like they don't want to be there. (it's a Saturday so I get that).
But as a result the customer experience is awful, you do not feel welcome and feel like you shouldn't bother them!
I waited 27min to be greeted and served, and even then I had to politely interrupt the male assistant from chatting to his mate.
I was hoping to get my feet measured and seek advice on fits, but when I was asked "what size are you" I simply replied I'm not too sure as various pairs I own are different sizes/fits.
His response? "Take off your trainer and it'll tell you your size"...thanks for that ????
Hilariously while trying a pair on, the guys exact words were, "yea they suit just take them". I felt like now he was trying to usher me out...not exactly customer service this!
I said I'll take them, at which point he said "cool" and disappeared off. I waited a few minutes before I realised he'd placed them behind an abandoned till. Here I waited further only to notice him on his phone, and luckily a young lady served me.
I had hoped to pick up a few pairs of air maxs, but after 35min of waiting I purchased a single pair and left.
On my way out I noticed an Asian couple struggling to get the same guys attention whilst they were trying to get a pair of Adidas... unbelievable experience.
This is the second time in my last two visits it's been a disappointment coming here. I would reccomend going online.

Really good shop. Has a lot of nice shoes which can be hard to find, but the one problem is that the staff can be sometimes a bit cocky and rude. Sometimes when I was trying to get the pair I need it but they took for really long time and after they told me that there was a problem in the system which there wasn't, they just forgot to order it from the stock.
At the end the shop is very nice, but they need to improve in their staff to be more respectful.

The worst store ever.
Never go to this shop.
I purchased three pair of shoes, and then wanted to get a tax refund form, but they said they were running out of the tax refund forms, so told us to come back the following day.
We went in the following day to get a form, but they said again that they didn't have any forms left in the store, so told us to come back the following day. Are you serious?
The problem was the guy that I was speaking with was EXTREMELY rude, yelling out at me.
I think this is how they are trained to deal with their customers.
Another stupid thing that they did was one of the three pairs of shoes that I bought had a different size between the left and right one.
I wanted to get that refunded, but it wasn't easy.
There are many other stores like this in London.
There is no reason to visit this shop.

UNRELIABLE ONLINE ORDERS. I put my trust in size when ordering a shoe from a limited stock drop. With no notification and an email which stated my order had been accepted, past the first stage of conformation, I was notified 5 days later that my delivery would not be sent. In the meantime, the shoes had sold out everywhere. SO disappointed my trusty shoe retailer let me down.

Great central store with a large stock of the latest shoes, and often have all sizes in. Friendly staff, however i recently went in on a saturday and found it very difficult to find a member of staff to get me some shoes to try on. However, once I did, they were very helpful and apologetic for my wait. Nice atmosphere, just too many teenagers. Otherwise, great shop

I recently ordered from their online store who said my sneakers were delivered to ‘a neighbour’ when I chased why they have no arrived.
I’ve been unable to locate the sneakers with any neighbors and SIZE are now telling me it’s not their problem and I should call the police. I HAD NOT given SIZE any instruction to deliver my goods to anywhere else other than my delivery address and they haven’t even provided me information with what neighbor or door number so I can track myself. Expecting customers to call the police and say ‘I think someone has stolen my sneakers in the post but I don’t know who but SIZE say it was this signature’. WHAT A VIOLATION. Also Complete consumer law VIOLATION. Shocking response for a brand this ‘Size’!

Trainers galore! The ground level of this shop is like a candy store for sneaker addicts... almost every colour, print, style and make is here. I love that there's more quirky pairs here than you'd see in your average shoe shop. Upstairs you'll find a 'customise your own Converses' section where you can create the Cons of your dreams - not tried it yet but I'm seriously tempted!

Worse shop to shop in PEOPLE DONT USE THERE DELIVERY SERVICE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS B4 using them. They like to tell people they came to your adrsss and I have a recorded call from a the manager saying this to in customer service. What a poor customer service for this shop and when u talk to them they tell u to wait till it comes like u don’t work or have a life like them. Why tell people u came to the house but when u call depo u never came in first place FRUDE COMPANY

Worst customer experience ever: I bought an hoodie about two months ago. After some problems with the deliver, they called the pack back and tell me they will refund me. I'm still waiting for 40 euro, and Ive already sent 5 mail to the cc with same useless answer. HATE HATE HATR

Paid a lot of money for a pair of trainers that I've opened them and they are faulty with scuff marks and stains all over them quick enough to take your money but can't answer the phone for customer service to help you out don't deal with these guys as the staff obviously can't help you with stuff like this when things go wrong and you live far away its no help

A nice selection of trainers but the busyness of the shop and their strange system for retrieving shoes in the correct size from the stockroom mean that it can be slow to be served. The sale rack is good, and they frequently have the sale shoes in many sizes if you ask.

What's great about this store is the variety of clothes and the range of products; hats, jumpers, trousers, trainers and much more. The store does have its up's and down's for example, the staffs are very friendly and very positive, however the store can improve on its presentation and the overall looks. Otherwise, this store is great!

I love Size!! one of the coolest shops in Carnaby Street, you can find such a nice cool designs that you cant find in any other shop. I love the sales, really good prizes. And also, the music, really good!it just make me so happy every time I go in I just end up dancing everywhere in the shopfloor!!!!The sales assistants are so cool and helpful, specially Maxwell, such a professional and helpful dude! he always knows what it fits your personality the best

Excellent shoe selection, good helpful guys to try on sizes, but the cashier was terrible I had to go back and ask for a VAT tax receipt so I can get a VAT refund and she acted like it was the biggest hassle of her life, terrible cashier. Why didn't she just print me one in the first place it's not like I have a British or other European accent.

Nice store, quick service, but they gave me the wrong size in one of the pairs I got, even if the guy in the cashier checked both pairs! Had to go back all the way from across the city and waisted probably two hours for this. On their name one should think that size matters....
