Firstly, this is my experience with this dealer and I am only one person. I reached out to inquire about a certain vehicle available as a certified used car. The next morning, which was Saturday, I spoke with Mr. Walker about the vehicle. On Monday evening, I had waited over 50 hours with no response. I reached out to the GM, Mr. Hogan, who did not respond but pawned me off to Mr. Mendoza, the internet sales manager, by forwarding my email. On Tuesday, Mr. Mendoza left a message for me as well as an email. I returned his call at 1:30, left a message, and then emailed him at 3:30. I waited the rest of Tuesday and all day Wednesday with no response. I emailed him Thursday morning and he pawned me off on Mr. Walker whom I had not spoken to since Saturday and had not contacted me after 50 hours the first time. At that time, I told Mr. Mendoza I would purchase a vehicle in my home state and his response in the return email was "Yes Sir. Thank you for the opportunity. Have a good day". The opportunity to help with what? I purchased the same type vehicle in my home state 8 days after my first contact with this dealer. Then on Monday 10 days later, Mr. Walker sent me an email saying he was trying to reach me. I guess Mr. Mendoza never told him I was done trying with Dallas Dodge. This was another 4 days after the last contact I had with anyone at Dallas Dodge. In the future, I would admonish this management team to improve communication not only with the client, but with each other. It seems no one takes responsibility for the lack of communication. I do not need any contact information in response to this feedback. I had this already, reached out, and Mr. Hogan chose not to respond to me directly.

Overall not a bad process. Of course there is ALWAYS back and forth when it comes to the sales process no matter how many times you stress "I do not want to haggle". Sales, finance and follow up are all professional and courteous as expected from a dealership of this caliber. Only grumble is that the process between sales and signing took INCREDIBLY LONG. Arrived at 3, left at 8 with my new vehicle. I do wish I didn't have to play the game of chicken for a vehicle but at the end of the day I have the vehicle I want and driving is fun again. Bring a watch, car/cash and plenty of patience.

I had a great experience! Prior to this, I had already walked out of a couple dealerships because they were playing games. I worked with Jeovanni whom was great. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Very efficient and no-nonsense. Financing was great too. I was pre-approved through my credit union and they beat my rate by a solid margin. Great experience all the way around. They'll be the first place I go to for my next car.

This experience I had at Dallas Dodge was pretty awesome. Chris Hayes listened to what I was looking for and found me the exact Jeep that I wanted. The price was by far the best in the DFW area. Chris knows his products very well and spent a good deal of his time showing all the options and how to use them. I would definitely buy from him again.

They get you in the dealership with lies on their website. Tell you you can get free oil changes on your car for a year but it takes an hour and 45 minutes to get an oil change. Like who has that long to wait for an oil change? You figure if a company offers you an oil change for a year they would have adequate oil changing Bays to facilitate their promises properly. Beware of all the lies and trickery. I would definitely suggest that you buy a car from some other place.

My 2016 Jeep Renegade had two recalls out that I needed to get done and Dallas Dodge was so helpful setting up an appointment same day. There was an issue on my end getting my car in on time and showed up an hour later than my scheduled time and they still took me in. Eric helped me when I finally showed up and communicated really well what my car was gonna get done and what was recommended. Pickup was super easy. Dallas Dodge provides excellent service and I highly recommend fellow Jeep owners to come here for all your needs and services.

Our Jeep has been in the service department for over a month. They claim they don’t know how to fix it. It’s not a human body, it’s a car! That’s your job! We have to call every day, leave a message, and sometimes never get a return call. Our Jeep is under warranty, and I truly think they are stalling because our 5 year power train warranty is up in a few weeks. They have offered no rental car to drive, so we’ve had to rent a car for nearly a month now. This is the most horrible service I’ve ever encountered. We were about to trade our Jeep in for a new one in a few months. This entire ordeal has made us reconsider buying any more Jeeps moving forward. Do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle from a company that knows how to repair it when it breaks down.

My check engine light came on Thur. I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 7am at Dallas Dodge. Eric S. was my service representative. They were extremely busy, Eric was to squeeze me in. My car done by noon. After I drove off, another sensor light malfunctioned. I drove back to Dallas Dodge. They initially couldn't figure out what was causing the error and decided to change out the sensor, which Eric had to go and retrieve. After replacing the sensor, the error remained. Eric decided to keep my car, and put into loaner car. Saturday they upgraded software, changed the oil, test drove it, and all was well. Great team effort all the way around, with no additional charges after the initial check engine light issue. Dallas Dodge and Eric were fantastic.

We took our sons truck in on Friday, March 12th for a recall and to get a new key fob. We were told the repair would take 2 to 2.5 hours. After waiting 3+ hours we had to track down our service advisor (Josh) because he was ignoring our texts and not at his desk. I have no idea how long our car had been ready and just waiting on Josh to come find us. We waited 3+ hours and they weren’t even able to program a new fob. Apparently, the only two they had at the dealership were defective. Josh told us they were ordering more and he’d call us when they came in “today or tomorrow”. We never heard from Josh. Also, we were provided no paperwork for the recall repair so, I have no idea what was even done to the car. Josh said since we were in a hurry to leave he’d have the paperwork given to us when we came back for the fob... Josh has a ton of customer service awards all over his desk and I have no idea how he got them. He doesn’t follow up with customers AT ALL!

Their service department was amazing. I explained my issue and I had the supervisor and a mechanic both out listening to my explanation of my issue. They looked at a few things and decided to pull my Jeep into the shop. There were recalls I was not aware of and they took care of it. I didn’t wait too long and they were super friendly. The service department team is very nice. I came in for an oil leak thinking I’d have to leave my car, but they diagnosed the bad oil filter and fixed it in about 2 hours. Unfortunately, the leak is still there. I took it in at 6 PM and even tho they were about to close, the service advisor, Liz Perez, was very accommodating. She went ahead and logged my car in for service to try and diagnose the issue instead of making me wait until the next day to do a drop off. I appreciated her friendly demeanor and willingness to make the situation right. Update: Liz went above and beyond and even FaceTimed me to let me see what they were looking at. I wasn’t even gone from the dealership for 30 min when she called. So that means they put my car on the lift SUPER fast to check it out. Definitely 5 star service!

REVISED: After my initial 3 star review of Dallas Dodge, i was contacted by the manager- Chris Hogan- who went above and beyond to EARN a five star review. To start, I'll say i don't give out many five star reviews to begin with (see my other Google reviews), but when I'm spending thousands of dollars, my expectations become nearly stratospheric. To get five stars, a business must exceed these nearly unrealistic expectations- and Dallas Dodge delivered. Props to my salesman Fabian (space doesn't allow me to tell the whole story) but he worked hard through the whole process... to the pricing team for setting a super aggressive no-haggle price (2nd cheapest car in a 500 mile radius when comparing vehicle specs)... to the trade in manager for giving a very fair trade in offer (most often, a below average sales price comes with a below average trade in offer)... and a special shout out goes to Clarence who bought an ice cream bar (with permission) for my 10 year old from the vending machine... Chris went more than halfway to rectify a problem when i only expected them to split the cost of solving the problem. But the thing that put them over the top is how they handled what happened after the sale. For this review, I'll simply say it was clear that he not only wanted *this* sale, but he wanted my future business and positive referrals to friends and family- which i unreluctantly give. Oh yeah- and to Clarence, you get double kudos because not only did you show kindness buying the ice cream for my son, but you remembered his name 10 days later!

Went here to get my 2013 dodge journey crew AWD with 59,000 miles, i was buying, a Pre-purchase inspection. Cost me $150.Told them my issues with the car and they overlooked everything . I made a appointment online and was promised my car would be ready in a hour and a half and it took them almost 7 hours to do the pre purchase inspection. Service advisor was Dennis. No communication at all besides that your car is ready. No details or didn't even ask if I wanted to do repair. Which would have been free to me through carvana. Told me I needed all mounts and that was all. Failed to tell me I needed new front struts. And failed to tell me that i needed my rear differential replaced(basically needed a new rear end). I paid them to look at the whole car and they only looked at what they wanted to look at. Dennis was unprofessional. I arrived and he was on the phone helping another customer no big deal I don't mind waiting. I patiently waited on him to get off the phone but instead of talking to me directly , he was trying to talk to me and the customer on the phone at the same time. Didn't even explain the problems or give details on the repair. Just basically handed me the estimate and wanted to send me on my way. My warranty with carvana was going to pay for all repairs so I reached back out to him to schedule a time for the repairs since it was a dodge dealership. Never got a call back l, I even texted him and no response. Not professional at all. Will never come to this dodge dealership again. I will try another dodge but definitely not this one. And I was going to buy my car here before I went to carvana glad I didnt. My car had just been fully detailed and the mechanic or the person pulling up the car for pick up,left dirty shoe prints on the floor on driver side. Overall, in my experience with this particular dodge, was not meet by the quality and customer satisfaction that should have been implemented to all customers.

I Came Here To Look At My Options Because I Really Wanted To Look Into Getting A Vehicle And The Salesman That Attended Me Was Very Rude IMO. Although He Was Trying To Be Realistic With Me, I Feel As If Though He Was Implementing That I Couldn't Afford Anything There. He Eventually Gave Me The Opportunity To Look At A Chrysler There, But When He Left To Go "Pull It Out Front" He Ended Up Coming Back To Tell Me That I Couldn't Look At It Because "I Wasn't Approved By The Bank" When I Went To A Different Dealership Before And They Let Me Test Drive 2 Pickups There. Wouldn't Be Coming Back Again Thanks To Valentine Daniels.

WORST DEALER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I moved to Dallas from Western Wisconsin with my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. On the next oil change date, I used the Jeep MoPar app to find the closest dealer to my new home and schedule an oil change. I chose the 11:00 AM time, indicated the synthetic oil option, and additionally chose to change the engine and cabin air filters. The app estimated approximately $120 as the total cost. 10:55 AM Arrived at Dallas Dodge. LBJ Freeway construction had closed front entry access, so GPS (not dealer signage) directed me to the back gate entry off Juniper. Still no signage directing me to service department or showroom. Drove around building and parking lots to finally find service entry and check-in point. 11:00 AM A service advisor came up to vehicle with iPad. I gave my name and said that I had an online reservation for an oil change. The advisor asked what oil option I wanted (odd, as I had already specified that). He then said “We do not have access to your past service records, but these are reccommended for your mileage point.” He handed me a laminated sheet with $800 of “recommended” maintentence and checks. Big warning signs! #1 Pretty incredible that the MoPar system cannot track service records between dealers. #2 I had completed those maintenance items and checks 10,000 miles early before leaving Wisconsin at a total cost of $300. I asked for a time estimate and was told 1 hour to 1 hour & 15 minutes. So I planned my wait and day’s schedule for a 12:30 PM departure. 11:15 AM Service advisor sent me a text to contact him if I needed anything. 1:20 PM I texted service advisor asking why we were one full hour behind maximum estimated time. He replied that “paperwork was being processed and would be out in a few minutes.” I packed up my stuff and moved up to the cashier counter as I was already an hour behind on the rest of my day. 1:45 PM Texted service advisor “Still no paperwork at cashier.” 1:55 PM Cashier finally calls my name and I check out. A service person grabs my keys and says he will bring up my vehicle. I go out in front and wait and wait and wait. 2:10 PM The service person drives up with my Jeep and walks away with car running and key fob on dash. I get in driver seat and see that passenger seat is fully reclined. Looks like someone had been napping in my car! OVER THREE HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! THE NEXT DAY Started my Jeep and the "Change Oil" notification came on. They did not bother to reset it!

I recently learned that there were two recalls on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I called and arranged to bring my car in and the service was wonderful. I was greeted and they knew what I needed . They had everything prepared and were prompt about attending to me . Everything was smooth and I came back and got my car and was on with my day . Dennis serviced me and he called and updated me of what was going on and when my car would be ready . Great service , will definitely return and would recommend this location to anyone.
