The customer service at this dealership will lie about not only the issue but they marked up the cost of the part (a ground strap) 827%! the part cost $9.74 and the quote was for $92.50. In total they wanted $504.00 and the truth is I didn't have that big of issue (battery is fine). the reps lead me to believe that it required a jump to start which was not true at all! SHADY DEALERSHIP, DO NOT TRUST!

I've come here 3 times for service and each time I'm impressed. I had Dennis this time and as always he was very knowledgeable and communicated everything easily. Pricing can be high but the customer service and financing options are both worth it.

The service was not good today, I was there 5 hours for a fuel injector cleaned and a switch replacement then once they were thru I was never told my car was ready at all, I made it there at 7:30am and by 12:40pm I decided to go ask the gentleman that took my car the morning and he was like your car I think is ready, we go to the cashiers desk my keys and the paperwork was just sitting there and had I not asked when I did I think I would have been there even longer than the time I was there, I had the worst experience ever today and I’m not sure I will be back to have anything worked on my car after this.

Honestly it started off a little rocky with a salesman (unnamed) who wasn’t consistent with following through with an issue. But Hunt showed up and helped with the whole process and was super patient and took care of things needed with my new vehicle. Amazing job, great with communication, follow up and literally everything with the process. Joe in finance was also awesome with explanation and answering questions over products I was unsure of and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend these two!

When I bought my Jeep, the contract included “free” oil changes. I went to get one of these and they said I needed to spend like 500+ in check up. When I said no, they gave me the “free oil change” and when I picked up my Jeep - the next morning I saw oil on the drive way. I took the Jeep to a local spot to find out what the issue was, and they said the plug was not screwed in all the way and stripped. This will become a much larger repair. I won’t go back. Do not recommend. At all.

Hi, Josh Bouffard-Service Advisor did an outstanding job with me, my vehicle and warranty company. I am a details guy. Josh understood from the get go what the issues were with my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was well versed in the problems that I was having. I won't go into all of the details of my experience with Dallasdodge.net. What I will say is... Ask for Cesar Espinoza. Cesar is not your typical "car salesman" (you know, the kind that gave that title a bad rap for so many years - the kind we consumers try to avoid like the plague). No, Cesar is not that guy. Cesar truly cares about his customers and customer service. He understands that a customer is not a hindrance to his day, a customer is THE reason for his day. To the management team of Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM, keep him in your sights when handing out promotions. I will be a faithful customer of his. I am 56 years old and have literally bought 25 brand new vehicles. I tend to keep them about 50k miles and get something new. In all of my automobile buying experience, there are only four (4) sales people that I trust. I'm proud to say that Cesar is one of those four.

I would like to apologize to Dallas Dodge service advisor Jasmin. I put out a negative review, stating that she didn't call me to let me know the status of my vehicle after 24 hours of my Dodge Nitro being there. However, she had called me but she left messages on my office phone at Dallas College, the Eastfield Campus. For starters we didn’t really like our salesman ; he didn’t really have a great attitude nor was he accesible to talk to .He was dismissive about questions and answers to my wife and daughter. He also didn’t help us out with finance part as we thought he would. He kind of brought papers and didn’t even try . His slouched position on the chair said it all. If the price and attitude worked out for us we would have definitely made a sale .

Hi, they are professionals, polites and I had the best attention from Marilu, but the prices are extremely high, the part I was needing replace costed 50 dollar and then the work-cost was 673 dollars is really insane, sorry about the word but for me is the right one, especially when I know that is not that hard to replace the part for charge that money, I know you give a profesional work but anyways is too much, I guess that’s why the most of the people don’t go to the dealers for everything about their cars. Like I said you are professionals and Marilu was amazing with me, she is cool, but those prices tarnish the great service you provide. Thank you so much.

I have experienced amazing customer service from the Service Department at this dealership. Josh provides the best customer service! Always goes above and beyond every single time I take my car. He explains and keeps me updated through the process. Every time I have an issue with my car I get super stressed but he is always very helpful and tells me exactly what i need to do next. I wanted to purchase a JEEP, they told me someone filled an application out and was suppose to come get it. The person never showed and they called me many times to get me into this vehicle. I decided two days later to purchase the vehicle, and went through the whole process and waiting on numbers, they ignored my calls and after many attempts finally decided to tell me someone else got plane tickets to fly in to buy the jeep the next day. How did they not know that this whole time? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Warning: service department replaced a Fan assembly on my truck 2500 Dodge Ram (Ruth Rivera) they did not install the clip between the radiator and the Fan, and because of that the fan was opening a hole onthe radiator and coolant fluid was leaking. It cost me $700 bucks to get it properly installed at a Dealership in Beaumont TX since my truck started leaking while I was traveling for work. Since they warranty what they do we decided to give them a call we spoke with Alex whom already has a bad rep .He did not want to take responsibility for what they did and now I have to pay $700 out of my pocket. All I can say is that these people are cheats and lies be very aware when you leave your vehicle here they also loose parts from your car and then say you never had them. Just be aware.

I dealt with Joshua Bouffard for my servicing on my jeep for a recall. From the time I pulled up initially to the time I picked my vehicle up upon completion, he was nothing but THE BEST. I was so in shock with the AMAZING service I thought it was a joke. He definitely needs a raise. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go here.

Will not be bringing my vehicle back here! Took my car in for an oil change and to fix fuses for a 12V port in the dashboard, left with those fixed but a broken horn. Service advisor, service manager, and even the director of the service department all refused to fix it. Everyone at the dealership told me that they were not responsible even though it was working perfectly fine when I dropped the car off, but somehow magically broken when I picked it back up. Totally unethical and a terrible way to do business. I'm in agreement that it is worth it to go out of your way to find another dealership.

I was told it would be an hour for an oil change and tire rotation but after my first check in they changed it to two hours...3.5 hrs later they FINALLY finish up. Ridiculous!!! In no universe should an oil change and tire rotation take this long. However, I gave them a 2 star because Judge Judy was on TV and she is amazing.

This was the worse experience with this Dodge dealership. 1. No communication with agent Ronnie. Once van is finish being repaired, he doesn't call and doesn't greet you when you return to pickup your vehicle. He just disappeared. 2. They say don't accept checks but, receives one from a Bank itself and said they must wait until it clears from a Bank. It's a Bank, they wrote the check. The bank would not be there if money wasn't it. 3. $2100. Brake job. Never heard of such a thiing. After price quote Ronnie didn't have the need to communicate with me/ the customer anymore because quota was made. When Ronnie see you picking up your van, he hides in corne looking as though he has a guilty conscience. I've been to Dodge dealership on 635 and jupiter many times. I have never treated this way.

Augustine Flores is the best. I reached out to him 12.7.2020 around noon told him what I was looking for and he replied with in 30mins with 2 cars that he thought best fit my need. And by 1pm same day I was the dealership driving his first suggestion and by 2pm we started paperwork. The fact that I can reach out tell him what I’m looking for and for him to be spot on is unheard of. He is extremely profesional and knows what is doing. I would like to start by saying that, I have experienced excellent and fabulous customer service from the Service Dept. of this dealership. Service Advisor Hector Alicea and Alex Padilla (Manager) went out of their way and displayed pure professionalism and helped me resolve my Jeep repair situation. At the same time, I truly appreciate them arranging and providing me a dealer loaner car, which seemed to be impossible considering it was a busy closing time and just hrs before a busy national long weekend. Hector is extremely knowledgeable in his profession, attentive, energetic and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location as an excellent service providing company. This is the WORST dealership! DO NOT go here! It's 100% worth it to go up to Richardson or over to Love Field - especially if you're going in for service. I wouldn't recommend trying to buy a car here either - they act like they don't even want your business. Their customer service is the WORST. The receptionists on the phone are rude and inattentive and if you take your car in for service you'll be there twice as long as the tell you up front, with no apologies.

Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Included in this service is fill up on window wiper fluid. That did not happen even though it is checked off on the invoice. Makes me wonder what else just gets checked off and not actually completed.
