TLdr: don't schedule appointments for basic maintenance, they don't honor appointments over walk ins. People are nice enough but the service department is a joke. Scheduled an appointment a day in advance for a typical oil change for 7:00am and was told " you'll be the first one in, first one out". Well 2 hours later they're just starting on it and said it will be another 30 minutes, reason given was there was people who lined up early and appointments aren't priority over walk ins. Don't schedule your day around their ETAs, it won't work in your favor. Will go elsewhere for basic service going forward.

Quick and Easy! Very friendly and welcoming staff. My sales person was Eric Torres. He was amazing, friendly, very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had about my new car. Everything was a simple process. I even met the GM Jim. He talked with me and give me some really good information on buying a vehicle and what their process was to get into the vehicle I wanted. Jim and his people took really good care of me. They made my car buying process Simple and Quick. I will definitely be back to buy my next car from Dallas Dodge.

I was really disappointed with the customer service I received from this dealership. I purchased the car online with a salesman named Erick T. He was very unprofessional and very unresponsive. For the last 3 weeks I called, emailed, texted, tried to get a hold of his manager to get an update on delivery and no one would respond to me or give me paperwork for my car. Luckily someone from financing helped get me my information. I expected better customer service.

Beware- the service here is horrible!! I arrived at 6am and was #3 in line, however didn’t leave until 9:30am!! I came for an oil change and was tricked into believing i also needed a tire rotation & alignment. After being serviced and on my way home a mile down the road i realize that my oil percentage was never reset. So i again, had to go back just to have that taken care of. This dealer was a huge disappointment and i will never allow them to service me again!! Ever!!

They said 2 hours, it took 3.5 (with an appt on Saturday). Which isn’t a big deal, but that rushed the car out at closing, at which time I reviewed the receipt and saw they forgot to do the state inspection. But nothing they could do — they’re now closed until Monday. Paid for 4 new tires and balancing but on way home heard new troublesome sound with every tire rotation. But again, they’re closed until Monday. Awful.

Awful service. Will never return. Called for an appointment for an oil change and Alex told me they were not busy so scheduled me an appointment for an hour later. He told me it would be an hour and a half - which is alarming for an appointment of an oil change. It’s been 2 hours and still waiting. I had to go to the front to get an update and the lady trying to check me out left to eat chicken wings from the lunch order that came in. Still trying to check out and no end in sight. Would not recommend visiting this dealership.

Went this morning About 9:20am looking to purchase a wrangler, my husband and I walked the lot for 30 mins and not ONE sales rep came out to ask if we needed help and of course, we would like to at least look inside ask some questions. We did see sales reps walking in and out the door and again not one wanted to say anything to us or offer any assistance.

If you’re looking for a new/used vehicle, make sure to ask for Chris Moore @Dallas Dodge. His customer service was A1 (A+), and he didn’t stop working til he was able to me in another vehicle. Chad, in finance was also very customer friendly, and straightforward. Both together were very professional and I would strongly recommend seeing these two guys if you wanna leave there with a new vehicle!!

Took our Dodge Durango in for service and oil change 3 months ago. During the service we were charged a 40.00 fee to sanitize our vehicle. If that doesnt take the cake, we recently discovered an oil leak on our vehicle. Dissatisfied with Dallas Dodge service we went to another Dodge dealership just to find out our oil filter housing was damaged which caused the leak. Dallas Dodge was the last dealer to change our oil.. I will never recomend Dallas Dodge to anyone.

I asked for an oil change and my fluids filled. I had a $29.95 coupon. I ended paying a $10 labor fee and a $4 new fee and my fluids were empty. I left a message to inform the advisor Jazmin J and no return call it's been two days but I get an email about what else they need to repair. No thank you!!! I will do the drive up oil change next time!!!

I found the truck I wanted on the Dallas Dodge website. Went in on Aug. 31st and worked with Valentine Daniels while purchasing the vehicle. After the test drive, I noticed a small spot where the paint was worn on the door. I asked if that could be fixed if I purchased the vehicle and was told by Valentine that it wouldn't be a problem. The truck also only had one key so he told me they would make an extra key. He originally told me to come back the following Monday to get everything done. Monday was Labor Day so of course they were closed. Ended up having to wait for them to order the key so took it in on Tuesday with the expectation that i was going to get a loaner to drive while they were working on it. After setting everything in motion, was told that there would be no loaner. So i dropped the truck off Tuesday morning at 8 am. Called several times that day, left voicemails with Anthony Biddle and never received a return phone call or update on my truck at all. Was told by Valentine on Wednesday that they were working on the steps and the door would be next. I told him I was having to find rides to and from work and needed my truck back no later than Thursday. Called at 12 pm Thursday and was told that nothing was done to my truck but the key and the reason was that I wanted it back the next day. By this time they had had the truck in their possession for 3 days and not once gave an update as to the status nor did the service department answer or return my calls. They had PLENTY of time in those 3 days to fix it and simply didn't. I honestly feel like after making the sale, my satisfaction was no longer a priority. I feel like they have zero professionalism and horrible customer service. I will not take my truck back there for any kind of service and do not recommend them to anyone.

I took my Jeep on 26/4 to have my 60K mi service and oil change done. The customer service was AMAZING!!. I showed up about 10 min early to my appointment, but as soon as I pulled up there was someone there to greet me and assist me while my service advisor finished up with his customer. All in all, my appointment took about 2 1/2 hours, which with as many people as there was waiting, wasn’t bad at all for me. And this is coming from a person who is very impatient. Waco is definitely my go to Service Advisor (he previously assisted me regarding a warranty issue). Not only is he super friendly and greets you with a warm smile, he’s also very attentive and checked in with me throughout my appointment regarding my vehicle. I highly recommend both Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram AND Waco!! You will NOT be disappointed ????????

The engine light on my car came on, so I took it in to this dealership to be fixed. First they said it was the catalytic converters, so I had that fixed, but the engine light came right back on. I took the car back to them, and this time they said the engine light came on because of the fuel pumps, so I had them replace those. I picked the car up…and the engine light came right back on. I took the car right back in to them, and this time they said the instrument cluster on the dashboard was causing the engine light to come on, so I had them replace that. I picked the car up…and the engine light came right back on. Not only that, but they replaced the instrument cluster with one that’s not even from the same car and, none of the controls on the steering wheel work anymore. I took the car in AGAIN, and this time, they said a faulty battery was causing the engine light to come on, so I had that replaced. I picked the car up…and the engine light came right back on. I’ve now paid them FOUR TIMES to fix ONE PROBLEM – and IT’S STILL NOT FIXED. This dealership used to be a good place to get your car repaired, but it’s totally gone downhill. (1) They don’t know what they’re doing, (2) they don’t stand behind their work, and (3) they expect you to pay for their mistakes. Just awful.

Had a good experience. Fast and efficient! The only issue I had was that there were customers walking around and in the waiting room with their masks down and none of the employees addressed it. Wasn't a comfortable situation. Spent most of my wait outside.

Was fine. Went in for service. Seemed to add a whole lot of extra stuff i didn’t want or need. Had to decline quite a bit. Service manager was kind and went out of his way to look for a new wheel for me. Car came back dirty after repairs. Quote wasn’t accurate. They were really fast when i came to get my car. Gave me a free rental. Decent experience.

I’ve had worst customer experience with dallas dodge. Would prefer giving zero stars for the customer experience. Tried patiently to get few services cancelled which were added during vehicle purchase in Dec 2019 and get the refund for it. I spoke with manager few times and did the cancellation online as well. Nothing worked in my case even after 6+months of constant phone calls to the dealer.

So some Guy got upset at the fact that asked him to use mats to put on my floor board because it was raining, after my recall was completed, my emblem on my steering wheel was gone, now no one knows what I’m talking about. I was going back and forth for a factory issue I have on my new Ram 1500, I came Monday morning on a working day , had to wait 1:30 hour for a service and after an hour and a half I couldn't wait anymore I just took my car without in service.
