I dropped my car and the service associate told me the replacement of battery cost $236. At the end, they charge me $300. Also, they did not call me to let me know I have $100 deductible on my warranty. They went ahead and fixed it without letting me know about about my deductible. Bad customer service.

Great service in the service department, just wish they were a little faster on the service lane. Sometimes they take more than 5 minutes from the time you drive in to talk to you or at least acknowledge you.

I was in the market for a minivan, of which the big 2 are the Honda Odyssey and the Chrysler Pacifica. Called to arrange a test drive, and was told that no one is allowed to test drive any car on the lot (whether I go to the dealer or they bring it to me) without them running my credit first. What if I'm a cash buyer? What if I have excellent credit, but that is a BS policy?

This is the 3rd time in 5 years I've had to get a part that is not sold anywhere else and Dallas Dodge ALWAYS has it! And these are not specialized parts. It's just parts that auto stores don't carry but they have it.
Here's more, it is general knowledge that dealer prices are more but this is the second time I found this not to be true. This morning, I purchased 2 rear shock-absorber bolts for my vehicle and they were $7 a piece whereas the independent place I was about to order them from yesterday was $10 a piece.
Furthermore, the service rep was very easy to chat with and I appreciated his helpfulness and good customer service. I've saved their number so I don't look around but go to them first whenever I need to buy a dealer part.

I’ve been taking my Jeep to this dealership since I moved into the area earlier this year. I always feel like my concerns are being heard and questions being answered. I appreciate the recommendations report that they give me after each service that reflect the miles on my car. Everyone that has helped me in the times I’ve taken my car in for service have all been friendly and helpful. And an added perk is receiving promotional emails that include great specials and coupons!

The staff is nice- it always takes so long to get an oil change. They say 1 hr and 2 1/2 hrs later My van was ready. It’s like that with every vehicle I have brought in. I was hopeful it would be different this time. I will now go to another dealership.
