I pass Don Davis Arlington and Classic Arlington to get my Jeep serviced here.....I visited Dallas Dodge numerous times in the past months. Ronnie Deluna in service does above and beyond. He explains all repairs, gives details, explains price, and keeps me up to date. He doesn’t not try to hassle me on getting extra useless repairs like other dealerships. Dallas dodge you have a lifetime customer thanks to Ronnie Deluna.

If I could give them a zero I would. I brought my car in to fix. Look at how they give it back to me, half way patched up. Panel messing and wires sticking out. This was horrible. The car sound worst then before. And I paid lots of money to get it fix. This is the last time I'm coming back here. Customer service was very bad. They never called me to give me an update on my car after 1 week of having it.

This is Alvarez Auto Repair LLC, everytime i need parts from here i hate dealing with ADAM, he has horrible customer service and he almost always makes me want to deal with a manager. If you dont like your job dont come to work simple as that, get a new front desk person for parts because adam makes you want to never shop there again ????

It took almost 3 months to get our vans transmission fixed plus our out of pocket to get our van back was over $1000, labor and parts that warranty didn't cover I understand but we had a charge for almost $300 for miscellaneous which didn't even tell us what they were. All in all we're happy to have our van back but not happy about the prices.

I bring my Jeep here for all my major care issues!! I don’t live here, I live 700 miles west of Dallas. Although there was an issue getting properly functioning parts, fuel tank #3, ????, my service rep, Dennis, always kept me informed and always answered my text or phone calls!! All the other issues were taken care of while they were waiting on the fuel tank. Very happy with the service I get at Dallas Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep!! And I will continue to bring my Jeep here for service!

If I could have given them zero stars I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE! My laboratory business was experiencing growth during the Covid19 Pandemic. I shopped online for a new van to put in service at my business. I didn’t haggle. I paid full price with a check. The sales process was “clunky” at best. Nevertheless, I was patient and understanding. My manager was happy that I purchased it when most employers were laying off and conserving cash. A week later she discovers the seat won’t lay down in the back so she can’t use the vehicle. 2-3 weeks the vehicle is unusable before parts are ordered and the service department “replaces the faulty wire”. $800+ bill not under warranty, no accountability after the sale. Just no return phone calls for days and days. “Gotcha”!!! is their attitude. Completely unethical place from top down. Never will any of my businesses or family buy from them again. Chance was the salesman. I couldn’t tell you a manager’s name because they don’t care enough to return calls.

I took my truck to have all the recalls fixed and I will say it was the best experience I have ever had at a service department. Julie Parsons and the whole team make it so pain free. From the moment I walked in to the time I picked up my truck. Every person in there makes sure they go above and beyond to help you. Everybody acknowledges you being there. We dropped off our Jeep Liberty for service and a couple of recalls today (Friday) in the afternoon. I was impressed with the digital check in using the vehicle data port. Plus, I didn't expect to get the vehicle back today. We picked it up an hour and a half before closing. Communication is excellent via emails and texts. The service drive up area is easy to access not to mention efficient and clean. Service personnel are friendly and helpful. Service prices are competitive with aftermarket shops as well. I prefer Mopar service for my Jeep; Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep makes that possible.

I have had the absolute worst experience with purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership. I bought a new Dodge Ram truck and it broke down 2 weeks later, my truck has been in service for 4 weeks and it's still parked in the same spot it was dropped of at. Everyone at the dealership sends me to someone else for help and no one has been able to help me, I called corporate and they keep telling me my part is being worked on but they don't currently have it. In the meantime they havent been able to provide me a rental similar to the truck I purchased and I'm loosing money at work due to not having a truck to do my work. Im also having to pay the monthly car payment and full coverage insurance on a vehicle I only drove 2 weeks and then it broke down. Be very careful purchasing a vehicle from them as they could care less about their customers once they have your money, no one cares about issues with their vehicles.

Just back from being charged $142.05 for a fuse change. This customer of many years is leaving this dealership for theft and dishonesty. Brought in for AC eval and told Jasmin that the U-haul place told us we needed to replace the fuse when a trailer didn't work and after they checked the fuse. I told her don't do any evaluation on that until you replace the fuse. I also told her the AC problem would be likely impossible to replicate in the shop since it occurs only on long drives, however, I told her I needed then to do what could be done to fix it. She did not call the day I brought it in for any updates. They didn't even work on it although I had an appointment and failed to mention that. I told her I needed to pick it up the next day. I hadn't heard by 1:30 and had to track her down since her voicemail was full. She told me the car had been run "for hours" and the AC worked fine. No response to the fact that it had failed 3 out of the last 3 long drives. She told me the car inspection I had requested had not yet been done so I told her to hold on it. She went to talk to the tech to make sure. While on hold the phone rolled over to Jay who identified himself as "one of the managers". He told me the car inspection had already been done. I explained the issue that I had with the AC and that I needed it fixed. He said they would do no repairs if they could not replicate the problem, and had no solutions to offer for a problem that could not be replicated in the shop. He said if I had told the service person the issue with replicating the problem she should not have accepted the car. But she did--charged me $142.05 for "evaluation", and the only thing done or diagnosed was the bad fuse, which I told them was the problem to begin with. Interestingly when I got in the car, the gas gauge read exactly the same as when I had dropped it--not what you'd expect for "hours" of running. When I questioned they told me the $142.05 was for the diagnosis of the fuse. In reading paperwork from the visit, apparently there were recommendations for service unrelated--none of this communicated by Jasmin. Then if that was not enough, when I got my car back, I found it tossed--things from the bottom of my glove compartment and console were sitting on the seat and the passenger floor! They really didn't do anything for me, but pick my pocket and then my car.

Had my vehicle 5 days to program 2 keys. All they did is give me the run around and run down a line of BS. They couldn't even get my name right or bother to change it in the system after I corrected them. I got quoted $100 and they tried to charge me $500. Waco and Johnny in the service department should be fired. They had me buy a battery because they claimed the engine locking feature drained the battery. Turns out they didn't program the keys like the said so the jeep wouldn't stay running like I insisted was the case beforehand. Worst experience of my life. Please go somewhere else. Run the other direction. Thier Service Department sucks.

Oh my God this is the worst dealership in the world. No one can answer a question correctly. They misinform you then make excuses. From service to oarts and back again. Finance oh my God. I regret ever coming in and buying their car. They are the worst. No referral never coming back. That's why I bought a Honda Odyssey 13yrs ago. They are still the same. Worse customer service ever.

If I could give the service department 0 stars I would! This was the most horrible customer service experience I have ever experienced with ZERO professionalism. I would need a whole page to list all of the issues we had but long story short. Our vehicle was up there for 5 weeks for an oil change and DEF light with no updates. And everytime we called we were put on hold forever or sent to voicemail. It was near impossible to get a hold of anyone and when we finally did there were no answers about our vehicle we were just told it would be ready soon and they would give us a call. Its like our jeep was being held hostage and they were completely avoiding us. We finally got it back and it was so dirty and the oil change hadn't even been done and now the check engine light is on! I have no experience with the sales team but since our experience with the service department was so awful we will never do business here. Save yourselves a ton of extra time and frustration and go somewhere else.

Don’t even know where to start! But Waco was the absolute best out of any Service consultant I’ve EVER worked with at Dodge. Very informative and knows his stuff. It may of taken me a couple weeks for me to be able to fix my car. But the consistency of communication was just very phenomenal.
