I like the clothes but the two stars are because the lifts were not working at this store and I was not allowed to take my sleeping daughter in her pushchair up the escalator. Leaving my wife to upstairs whilst we waited downstairs. There's not much a guy with a sleeping child can do in the women's section of a clothes store ????

You can find some great deals there. If you wait patiently, you can get a nice shirt with a big discount. I'm planning to buy a loose printed jacket from there. Also may be a purple T-shirt, because I love the purple colour. I've read that many years ago in Europe, the purple colour was defined as the color of royalty. In fact, the color Tyrian purple, was only being worn by Roman emperors during the Roman Empire and came to be called imperial purple.

Don’t buy anything with an expectation you could easily return it. Only the 1st floor cash desk does returns and the queue is insane. Not worth the trip :(

Lots of nice looking items at good prices, but the men's sizing is all over the place! Ended up trying five or six items on, but some were too big, others too small ...even though the labels read the same thing! Ended up buying nothing & went to Primark instead.

Rude manager , shown him proof of purchase and is saying he needs an official letter from the bank what a joke , the cashier was kind enough to refund me she saw two proofs of identity the bank issued me a new bank card due to a faulty part on their side and informed of the following and the manager was acting like a complete moron.

Queueing +30 mins at the till to exchange a gift. Only 2 tills open upstairs on Boxing Day sale day is craziness and reflects zero planning or thought for the customer on the premise that if it’s cheap, it doesn’t matter, I am sure.

I agree with some responses here that the staff that work in this store are the worst ever seen in retail. For what they do at Zara on a daily basis, in my company people get disciplined.
I came to pick up my online order today. My email clearly says "remember that you can ask any of our staff members for your order" but every time I do that in the store I get sent backward and forward from one staff/till to another. As a regular customer I LEARNT that you have to actually go to first floor as the collections are stored there.
So, today came across this arrogant and rude female on Womenswear who refused to get me my order, refused to tell me her name or call a manager. She kept challenging me of why would I need her name for or why would I need the manager for. When I asked her if she actually works here, she said "What, can't you see that I do?".
It took me 10 minutes to convince her to do her job instead of sending me to a different place. I felt like I was begging to get my order collected.
Would not recommend the shop/brand to anyone unless Zara get some serious improvement on their customer service.

I really love Zara don't get me wrong but this particular chain was awful. The service was really low, staff were nowhere to be seen and the clothes weren't even folded or at least placed properly on the stands. I recommend trying one of their other stores for a better shopping experience.
