Okay but clothes are expensive now and less staff on duty that can delay you and put pressure on the staff because they will not have time to spend with the customers and frustrated on the customers. However, it's good place to go shopping if you are not in rush or worried about finances..

I took so much time deciding what to get in here and after a long day spent walking around Regent Street, Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus, I was glad just to get my feet up back in the room.
But the hat I bought here is so freaking cute and I look adorable when I wear it!

Customer service is absolutely horrific, staff are so rude for no reason, they are really out here acting like they work in Gucci not a fast fashion high street store, the second hand embarrassment I get from their attitude is next level, they also compulsively lie about stock for no reason, really weird thing to do considering their whole income comes from sales???????? Also found a beetle inside a boot????

Waited in a queue for over 15 minutes with one staff member on the tills, saw at least 6 members of staff talking and walking past seeing the minimum of 12 people all in the queue, a person waiting in the same line asked could you not get anyone else to help to which the cashier relied “there’s no staff” all staff seemed slow and uncaring to the shoppers experience. Will not be returning.

I purchased online REPELLENT PUFFER COAT which turned out to have a poor quality I believe the quality of coats in the store is different than ZARA'S website. I am a frequent customer of Zara, because I appreciate the value, selection and service they offer. I feel I must comment on the poor quality of this jacket. I was saddened to find the poor quality of the material as well as the workmanship as after a long day under the rain, the feathers inside became all lumpy. I was told by customer service because I didn’t return the jacket within the warranty period , I will not be able to get it exchanged
Considering the price of the jacket, this is unacceptable

Usually in this store I found so many good pieces.. Today I didn't get anything and that's a bit weird.. Anyway I'm really particular about what to wear , but the chooses in this store are various and it is really good for most people with different taste.

COLLECTION IS ON MENSWEAR FLOOR please ADD IT AS A SIGN! don't do what I did and queue for 20 mins as there was only two people on the tills and everyone seemed to wanting to return their entire wardrobe. Only to be told I can't collect at the main tills as collection is at menswear. PLEASE add this to your signs as it is written nowhere and is not stated on the confirmation email that the collection is located in menswear and the staff were running around as it's a busy store avoiding me when I arrived

I had a great experience. While doing some shopping with my partner and baby boy, I soon realised my son needed to be changed. I asked one of the staff members if there was somewhere I could change him. She kindly took me to a place inside the shop where I could do so. She also helped my partner by finding some shirt sizes. Zara, Marble Arch. Busy, new stock in very nice. Lots of sale stock on the 1st floor. My only complaint no chairs to sit down, people sitting on display boxes and over zealous security swiftly moving people on.

Busy, which is always a good thing. Loads on sale, I was unfortunate because everything I wanted, I couldn't get in my size. Bought two items, a blouse and a dress, but disappointed when I went to pay for them. The dress was marked up as £19.99, but apparently this was a mistake and it should have been £29.99,!!! so not as good as I first thought.

The store is located just by Bond Street station (5 minutes walk max). The menswear is situated in the basement. It has a reasonable selection, but other Zara's along Oxford Street have a much wider choice in their collections. Staff really friendly and speed of service was very good. All round good experience.

This shop is very good with the fashion trend. You can find coats, jumpers, sweatshirts and very stylish t-shirts that match your liking. Recommend you to stop by and check out the clothing range they have available (depending on the season)
