Good store, spacious and bright. The items are overpriced for the quality they offer. Kids section looks abandoned with practically no items at all. Fitting rooms are closed off at the moment.

Love this shop, well spaced out with plenty of stock. I always find Mango clothes to be good quality. The till can be a little busy on the first floor so often worth going to the ground floor to pay.

Wanted to leave as soon as we entered. Said hello to security guard, he just glared at me, no hello, also no goodbye on our way out. Mango please sort this out! Customer experience is key and that means making us feel welcome on arrival. Spent a lot less than I would have done as a result!!

A couple o floors of women and half a floor of men. There's also an outlet section for women. Escalators up. Stairs down. The ground floor can feel quite cramped. Upstairs is better. The men's section is tiny and it's worth looking online and ordering there to be honest

Nice store. Good collection. Still a bit expensive. Some bits are cheaper in Portugal. Also the escalator to the mens floor 2 isn't working and you have to use stairs. I'm recently recovering from a fractured ankle so it was a pain to climb up.

Terrible customer service!
Tried to return an item but they couldn't be bothered to process my refund saying machines are down. I had travelled far to return the item as it was a woman's outlet piece and could only be returned at this store. All staff shrugged and didn't seem helpful at all.

It's big and well stocked, unlike other stores. Staff however may be concentrated a bit too much on their own affairs rather than attending to customers! When I was there there was a lot of fuss with flowers and farewell cards and apparently some customers were in the way...imagine that?
