The after Christmas sale was like the beach scene in Saving Private Ryan. The place was packed, clothes were everywhere and it was every person for themselves. No chance of getting a fitting room unless you were prepared to wait days. Even so the vibe was really fun, strangers having a chat and just making the best of it. Great location, shame about the mess we left the staff in our wake like locusts!

Covid means no changing rooms so naturally more people will be returning items. They need a better process. It protects no one and puts everyone at risk. 16 people in the queue, some think it’s fine to wear their masks on their chins, and we are all stuck in this space waiting our turn. No staff member or security to tell people to wear their masks correctly. This type of behaviour of was passable months ago but now it actually puts people’s lives at risk. Zara fix up.

Wouldn't accept my exchange because in their eyes it wasn't faulty (it was). Was an incredibly long saga (queued three time, told to call customer service pointlessly etc.) Manager was abrupt and stern to the point of making me upset. Zara's reputation for terrible customer service not redeemed in this branch. Not worth it.

I think I visit zara store 5 times in a day ???????????? my Favourite store is the one opposite harrods . They don’t have a Toilet for customers that’s the only sad part . But you would find good high street clothing here .

I purchased online REPELLENT PUFFER COAT which turned out to have a poor quality I believe the quality of coats in the store is different than ZARA'S website. I am a frequent customer of Zara, because I appreciate the value, selection and service they offer. I feel I must comment on the poor quality of this jacket. I was saddened to find the poor quality of the material as well as the workmanship as after a long day under the rain, the feathers inside became all lumpy. I was told by customer service because I didn’t return the jacket within the warranty period , I will not be able to get it exchanged
Considering the price of the jacket, this is unacceptable

Purchased 300 pounds worth of clothes. Was served by very kind staff. Offered me certain cards which i will be able to redeem discounts for my next shop. Will definitely be vising again.

Not too impressed with the current season, although i still managed to pick up a few Tee shirts, i never seem to have enough :-) Best part though is i got to till and couldn't pay as i couldn't find my card, only for the cashier to advise that the security officer had found it and handed it in, very impressed (Oxford Circus branch)

We were looking for some particular shoes we had seen online. Unfortunately they were not available in some Zara stores across London. At each turn, the customer service people were helpful in helping us check if they had it in stock. They were also helpful in giving us directions to nearby Zara stores on Oxford Street.

Visited 4 different Zara's around Oxford Street and Picadilly. Snotty and unhelpful staff. They seemed more interested in talking and arguing with each other than to help costumers. Only one of the staff said "thank you and have a nice day" when i paid (one out of four). If it wasn't cheaper than buying the same things in Stockholm were the staff is nicer and more helpful I would never do it in London.

Zara has so many categories of clothes is really nice because I can go for casual or stylish and my mum always gets really distracted in there too but I like it because it's I'm not really into clothes but they have just the perfect clothes for me and I was also able to find a school coat in there too that was just for a very reasonable price

Some of the staff at this store are quite rude and need to learn some basic customer service...there is a way to speak to customers and a way not to. It’s just not nice and I don’t understand why you would have an attitude towards customers who are just shopping and wanting to try things on, maybe buy something

I love Zara clothing and find that it’s usually good quality for decent prices. However the staff at most branches on Oxford street are awful. This store in particular - i was mid asking a member of staff a question when she decided to walk off. Many others ignored me or pushed past me. The ques were long and staff are slow with no apparent sense of urgency. I had to que for 20+ minutes and I was at the front. I don’t expect to be catered to at a busy chain high street store - but staff here are outright rude, ignorant and have no interest in helping the customers in the slightest.

Cant fault Zara cloths at all. Been buying from this store and there online store for a very long time. Wide range of mens cloths to pick from. Staff are always at hand and very friendly. Have found great cloths and to my size even during sales which is a plus. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful setting and amazing staff. Very busy but you get all sizes and staff are awesome very helpful. I like the shop it’s got an atmosphere in there. The music they play the way the shops looks and how all the staff dressed. It’s just another level. Go and shop at Zara oxford street. Always have good offers too. Will Recommend!!!
